The pump came in a mangled box. No accessories ie feet, drain plug or even a manual. Villastar support is non existent. Amazon support is as big of a joke. They only want to process a return. I don't want to return, send the rest of it and give me an operating manual!! The price was right but I should have researched the company better. Amazon should not partner with such a company. I hope the pump actually works as I've had to contract an electrician to wire it (220) and watching you tube videos to figure out the plumbing and operation. After purchasing I've seen several recent similar issues, just the unit, not accessories or manual and God forbid actual contact with tech service. ... show more

    • GREAT addition!!
So far so good!! We have been using this heat pump ever since we hooked it up (1 month) WA summers can be sometimes fickle and hard to keep an above ground pool at an ok temp for everyone to use. Now we really can just pop in the pool day or night😊 Easy(ish) to hook up and get going.. the only thing I might suggest is that maybe you could put together an installation kit for people to purchase, along with the unit, for all who would need. Maybe some of the connectors or coupling so that all you have to but wold be the pipping of choice. Just a little side note.. This is an easy unit to set. Once up and going we got to 80 degrees with in 24 hours… just to see if it would😊 Oh and when it is running it is actually VERY Quiet, way more then I was expecting, very very impressed. Would absolutely recommend. I will UPDATE to share how things are going, but as I said we are starting with a BIG thumbs up 👍🏼 !! ... show more

    • Product was NOT use-able due to MISSING PARTS!!!
After a week with no response from Villastar or Amazon, the damaged product sits in the box ready to be shipped back. There were missing parts, damages to the products and the box it was delivered in was damaged. PLEASE CONTACT US TO CREATE A RETURN.

Heater arrived in box that literally fell apart. Was damaged and scuffed. Dented everywhere and parts weren’t even screwed in right.
