First, I love that these came in a small mesh bag that I can use to store the handles in my gym bag. These are more sturdy than I expected. I was worried that the rubber or plastic would be unstable when I squeeze very hard or push on it. However, I tried pulling some weight with it, and it seems to at least be able to hold 100 pounds per handle. I’m sure it can do more than that. These are very comfortable to hold unlike a lot of other handles that you would find at the gym. They are very rubbery, but not too sticky in my opinion. The carabiner is like any other carabiner you would find on exercise equipment. They are a good size for my hands. I have small hands for a man, but someone with smaller or larger hands wouldn’t have any trouble with these I think. The grip would help with grip strength, I suppose. I’ll try this when rowing later to see how it works for me. If these didn’t work well for me, I would say so. However, I am surprised by how well put together and thought out the design is.

These handles are heavy-duty and heavy! Each one weighs almost 7.5 ounces so that adds a little weight to your workout. The handle itself is comfortable to grip and is almost 1.5 inches in diameter. It has strong canvas straps and good stitching. The D ring and clip are very strong and heavy. I use these at home with resistance bands but they are sturdy enough to use on big exercise machines. They are simple to use and clip on to my existing resistance bands.

I bought these to use with a Bowflex Xceed. They're nice and sturdy, and engage the resistance sooner than the Bowflex handles do. They're made with the type of rubber that tends to feel sticky; I'd prefer a different rubber.
