    • Gets the job done for the price
This monitor was recommended to me by a family member. All in all, it works great for the price. However, battery life is not great. Can not go too long without a charge. A few months after owning, the screen on the monitor went black - could still hear out of it but could not see anything. Contacted company, answered a few questions, and a replacement was sent. It did take well over a week to receive, and I never got a tracking number. Happy they did right, and fingers crossed that it does not happen again! ... show more

I bought this baby monitor to replace the wifi one and it’s very convenient for us and easy to use! The picture is clear and the night vision is good too. Recently, I contacted the customer service team to get a replacement for the baby monitor screen due to an accident it fell off the high table and the screen broke. *update: their customer service is great! I’m hoping the original monitor was just faulty. They are sending a replacement to fix the issue. I bought this monitor just over a month ago and the sound has already stopped working…. I really liked it before now.

This is an easy to use monitor that has a good image, good sound and a good range. The best thing about this product is their companies. Customer service is great. My monitor stopped working, even after the warranty expired and they still sent me a replacement unit. That saved me a ton of headaches since I had invested already in multiple cameras for this unit.
