The product comes in poor packaging, meaning the panels are easily damaged in shipment. Several of our panels were next to unusable. Some are poorly bent at the factory and don’t fit together well. The instructions are almost useless, as you cannot determine the proper orientation of the pieces from the drawings. Some part numbers don’t match the drawings. Panel holes don’t line up with the holes in the crosspieces. Even after assembly, the unit feels flimsy. A power drill with a Phillips bit is an absolute must. Be prepared for an all day effort to assemble even with two people. Rated a 1 because there is no zero. Would not do this again. ... show more

Was missing a lot of screws. A LOT smaller than expected (yes I checked description). Cheap material, bends/damages way too easily.
