    • Excellent Sound and Beautifully Built
Color: Espresso Style: Radio
This radio is the best tabletop radio I could ever ask for. I have bought two of them in different colors and they are both great. The sound is fantastic. The ease of connecting to Bluetooth is a breeze. I listen to podcasts on my phone and connect to the radio via Bluetooth. The sound from the radio is so clear and perfectly balanced with treble and bass that you would think the broadcast was actually originating from inside your home. I have picked up local radio stations when selecting FM mode, and have had no problem with static. Music flowing through Bluetooth also has a really good sound. Its not like listening to a component stereo system that would cost thousands of dollars, but its excellent for a tabletop unit. The vintage look of the radio is what began my search. It's beautifully built. I'm so glad I found it and would not hesitate to buy another one! ... show more

    • Great radio, excellent support
Color: Walnut Style: Radio
This radio looks great and sounds great. The bluetooth is excellent. After 5 months it developed a hum that only stopped when it was unplugged, even if the radio was turned off. The Amazon return policy had expired, but I made a warranty claim to the company directly since their warranty was for a year, and after a bit of positive correspondence to get the info, they sent me a replacement. The new radio works great so far and I am very pleased with their professionalism and support. Highly recommended this company and product. ... show more

    • Fine so far
Color: Espresso Style: Radio
Ordered the Victrola Retro Radio/ BT receiver last night at 11:30 P.M. and go t it at 8 P.M. tonight. Great service! Unpacked the unit and was very pleased by its retro looks - simple yet beautiful. Wanted to buy it in the walnut color but opted for the Espresso since it was on sale - no regrets. Ready to use right out of the box - all you do is connect it and you're set. There are two minor quirks on my unit which are not deal breakers but may or may not be present on other similar units. I was tuning the radio to my favorite FM station (105.9) and did not find it on the 105 section of the dial but on the 107 section - odd. The Bluetooth takes a little longer than expected to sync with my I Phone 13 but no big deal. This aside I was blown away by the sound which is full and rich through all volume levels without distortion in my opinion. Nice, crisp, clear sound. I listen to mostly classical music but do listen to other genres as well and i am sure the unit will do it all justice. The bass=treble knob was a a great touch - I found that keeping the knob in the middle yielded the best sound balance but admittedly this is my personal taste. There is a wire antenna on the back but I saw no need to unravel it as the reception was perfect as is. So to sum up this is great little unit to have anywhere in your home (so compact and lightweight you can take it from room to room). As mentioned above i was blown away by the sound quality for such a small unit - the price may seem high but it is worth it. If this is what you are looking for do not hesitate - you will not be disappointed. ... show more

    • Handy little radio

I love that this radio is both bluetooth and a regular radio. i can use it for emergency weather, my own music or the radio station! It has adjustable bass and treble. Plus it’s adorable. My only complaint is that it isn’t super loud.

    • Fantastic. Worth the price.
Color: Espresso Style: Radio
Fantastic. Works beautifully. Well-constructed. Aesthetically it's great (the branding is unobtrustive and anyway doesn't like like the hot garbage you see in most — "Jiloahwl" in Comic Sans or some such. Physical knobs are so nice. The sounds quality is great, bluetooth is painless to set up, and *critically*: it doesn't make any annoying announcements when turning on or when switching bluetooth to a new device — another mainstay of basically all of these radios on here. My one complaint: It needs leveling feet, because it doesn't sit stably on an even surface. I'm trying to fix this with a shim. ... show more

Happy with this purchase! Just looking for something to play my music on around the house, that also looks cute on display. Radio feature is a bonus in case I want it. Sound is good and feels good and solid! I'm using it plugged in so I have no input on battery. Video with red light on is radio. Easy to setup! ... show more

    • Nice radio, with a tiny little issue?
Color: Walnut Style: Radio
I really like it! Sounds pretty good, not "audiophile" level, but sounds pretty decent for a small tabletop radio. Reception is good, bass and treble adjustment does the trick. My only complaint, and it's not a huge deal, is the tuning dial. There isn't much space between stations, if that makes sense. In other words, a very tiny movement of the dial might jump 5 stations. Not a huge deal, but you have to be precise on the station you want. ... show more
