It's taken forever to find the right set of knives. They've either been : Too large, Too small, Too heavy or not serrated. These are easy to manage, the perfect size (didn't need Steak Kives) , sharp enuf pretty. Utilitarian and esthetic , just right. I haven't put tgem thru the Dishwasher, upper level, yet. These are simply my favorite, go-to knives for the daily slicing, cutting chores that come up. My kids love them too. I’ve bought four sets so far…two for me and two to give away. I’ll be buying my third set soon since I throw them in the dishwasher (with no I’ll effects) and want to make sure there’s always a clean spare in the drawer to be used.
