Crazy sharp from a brand I trust
The knife handle is too straight. It's too easy to pick up the knife with the sharp edge up and the back down. It feels the same in your hand--no contour. I have other knives of this make and they are the best I have--keeps their edge noticeably better than cheaper knives

Nice and sharp.
I bought this as a recommendation from a friend who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Beautiful little knife, perfect for use where a normal chef's knife can't be used as easily. Straight out of the box, it is incredibly sharp and has stayed incredibly sharp since I bought it a couple months ago.

Affordable Quality
We are replacing our other knives one by one with the Cherry handled Victorinox knives. My son is a chef in Buffalo and says these are very good quality for the price.
