The knife handle is too straight. It's too easy to pick up the knife with the sharp edge up and the back down. It feels the same in your hand--no contour. I have other knives of this make and they are the best I have--keeps their edge noticeably better than cheaper knives

I bought this as a recommendation from a friend who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Beautiful little knife, perfect for use where a normal chef's knife can't be used as easily. Straight out of the box, it is incredibly sharp and has stayed incredibly sharp since I bought it a couple months ago.
