This chair has been a great addition to our home. It’s surprisingly comfortable and fits both my smaller frame and my husband’s medium build very well. The fabric is soft to the touch, and the armrests are nice and plush. The back cushion is moderately soft—comfortable but still supportive—while the seat itself is on the firmer side. If you prefer extra cushioning, you might consider adding a cushion to the seat or back. One of the standout features is the massage function. It's not overly intense but offers a nice, moderate massage that's relaxing without being too much. The motor is quiet and moves slowly, which makes transitioning between positions smooth and peaceful. Assembly took us about 30 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, though the cup holders were the trickiest part to install. All in all, this chair is a great value for the price. I like all the options for message. The color and fabric is nice. Cord is long to put away from wall to recline. A little hard to clean fabric. The recliner arm rest are a little too low. Chair is made for someone small. Easy to put together and maneuver.

Very nice chair I had back surgery and it helped get out of the chair easily because it’s a lift chair. You can also lay back far enough to fall asleep and supports your legs and feet. Very comfortable, would definitely recommend. A little difficult to put together but my husband was able to do it. Has massage features I haven’t used yet but my husband likes it. While VERY HEAVY, the chair is easy to put together. Wiring connections are, for lack of a better term, "IDIOT PROOF". You can NOT plug them in wrong. Just take your time at getting it in position for where you want it. It IS NOT a wall pusher. Meaning it will not move away from the wall to extend out. So bear that in mind when getting it situated. I recommend stretching it to the lay out position and then finding a way to mark the floor or put a piece of tape down so you know where to place it if you move it to clean. It is well built. Fabric is nice. Color of material is ALMOST exact to the picture. It is a smaller size recliner, but has PLENTY of power to both lift and extend with a person seated in the chair. It does recline easily using the motor, and is VERY quiet. BUT, if you turn on the massager, it can startle any animal that may be close by, depending on what your floor is made of. That being said, the massage feature works AWESOME! 3 different massaging patterns and strengths should keep pretty much every customer happy. ... show more

Looks pretty, but the the zipper broke open when trying to put to the armrest, thr arm would not stay on they would flop off, the bottom seat would also flip down to the bottom , feel unsafe to me

Everything works great! Easy assembly. Nice texture. But I don't find it very comfortable. Comfortable for lying back with your feet up but in the sitting position I feel like I'm going to fall out. So I lay the back down a bit and the feet up. Heat and vibration are great. Keep in mind I'm only 5'1". But it feels like I just don't fit the chair right. Overall it is a good value. ... show more

Very small recliner. I’m 5’5” and my feet hang off the foot rest almost to mid calf. The back was difficult to get on but I got it after about 45min. Vibration is not bad. It’s a firm chair, which is nice, I don’t like soft, overstuffed furniture.
