I like that this brace is discreet and I can wear it under my clothing without it being noticed. However this brace is not going to prevent slouching. I will say the part in the mid-back and should straps do help you remember to stand up straighter with shoulders back. I was able to wear it all day. The straps do go into the armpit area, but it was not unbearable. It is comfortable for the most part compared to other braces I’ve worn. For the ladies it will give some added support under the bust which helps take some off the weight off the back. I ordered the l/xl because it was the biggest size. The Vicorrect Posture Corrector is the best posture corrector that I have tried. It has wider shoulder bands, so they actually cup around the rotator cuff in the front helping to pull your shoulders back where they should be. Of course, that only works if you are willing to tighten the bands. It will take your arm pits a while to get used to having it on, so start slow with only an hour or two at first. This company looks like has good services. Package is sealed and very clean. There is a sticker saying that they can send you a free one if your order doesn’t fit well. I don’t feel enough support to correct my back. However, if you wear it, you probably will remind yourself keep a better posture. I tried another brand. That one was even weaker. ... show more

I wear this while at the computer; it does help me to sit straighter. But the size I bought was for those up to 170 lbs. No way this would fit someone that size. Suggest going with a bigger size than advertised.

So far this is by far the best posture corrector I have found. I ordered 3 different styles and brands and this one is definitely the best of all. The shoulder straps stay a little ways out on the shoulders so you don't have the straps digging in to your arms and arm pits. I wasn't sure if I would like the strap around my middle, but its not a problem at all. Very easy to adjust to give you the best comfort and still help your posture. I got this for my mom because she has bad posture and is getting a bit of a hunch back. I guess it's too late for her maybe. I placed it on tight for her, but she was still a bit hunched. I was afraid to put it on her any tighter because I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable or get hurt. She never used it again and I forgot to return it for are refund.
