This is NOT a Vicks product. It smells like camphor tablet with pure turpentine oil. It chokes you when you breath it in and causes a long coughing spell. Pungent, sharp and off putting. Vicks is part camphor, part menthol and part Eucalyptus. Nothing of the familiar smell at all. Vicks should be scared that this FAKE product is on the market. It cannot be safe. I would return it but is is not worth the effort and it should be ZERO stars.

These were great little stocking stuffers this year. My husband always keeps one at his bedside just in case his nose clogs up at night. I love the smell of vix and I love how it opens you up so you can breath better. You get the great smell of vix without the greasy feel of the rub- on vix ( though that works great rubbed just under your nose). Everyone appreciated their little stocking stuffer (though not as much as their peanut butter snowman ) for the cold and flu season. I like the keychain as you can carry one with you anywhere you go. Highly recommend these little suckers.

If you are looking for Vicks Vapoinhalers, which contain the active ingredient Levmetamfetamine, these aren't them. The listed active ingredient of these Inhalers is: "Pudinah Ke phool 41.54% w/w; Karpoor 41.54% w/w; Wintergreen tel 12.27% w/w; Base q.s." (Apparently these are sold by Vicks in their India market.) What the Vicks website says about the "Vapoinhaler": The Vapoinhaler "provides temporary relief of nasal congestion due to cold symptoms, hay fever, or upper respiratory allergy symptoms by helping to shrink swollen sinus membranes." What the Vicks website says about the "Inhaler": The Inhaler gives "fast and temporary "mobile" relief from nasal clogging due to colds... You can be assured that wherever a cold gets you, nasal relief is just one sniff away." So these Inhalers claim to only work for nasal clogging caused by a cold. If your congestion has others causes, then these aren't for you. You need to get the "Vapoinhaler" instead, if you can find real ones.

I received 2 dozen inhalers in a cardboard dispenser shaped like a Vicks Inhaler. All inhalers were attached to a keychain. They all contain the Vicks product, and the MFD Date was Nov. 2020 with an expiration date of Oct 2022. I had no problems with my orders and didn't receive empty containers as another customer posted. Very satisfied with what I received and would purchase again.

I am thinking this might be a knock-off of Vicks, even though the label says Vicks. It calls this an inhaler, whereas the real Vicks calls theirs a "Vapohaler". Packaging just doesn't look quite the same either; this one seems more garish and the printing is less well-defined. However, the product inside the package does seem to work as well as Vicks, and also seems to last about as long as Vicks, so I'm happy with it, whether it's real Vicks or a knock-off. If I could find a similar product locally that did as good a job, I wouldn't need to order it online; most of the other local nasal inhalers intended to work like Vicks simply DON'T, at least not for me. It was also shipped in the exact time predicted, so that was great, too, and packaged well enough to arrive in perfect condition. All in all, a great item and transaction---and price is incredible, to boot!

This is great! I love these inhalers - they are much stronger than the vaporizer ones that I was finding in local stores. The ones in stores have these little pads that go on a warmer, or a humidifier system. I tried the pad on the little warmer thing, and it is good for a light vapor action for longer periods of time, but I really like to blast the Vicks in there and get a strong dose in my nasal cavity and all the way to my lungs that I can feel! This package was great! I now have enough inhalers to last me a long time! Mine even came with little keychain rings and little chains on them that make it more handy to attach to my backpack or something to take them on the go! I am not sure if all of them come that way, but mine did! I am still very pleased with the potency of this product and how it has held up over time (many products such at their NyQuil has has the potency reduced - less active ingredient) and that it is still available! If you need strong vapor action, this is the best way to do it!

I remember when Vicks Inhalers were everywhere. In every store and on every counter. Now they are a rare find. What happened? The available imitations are a horrible waste. I can't believe I had to buy this on Amazon. Happy nonetheless.

i actually use a Vicks inhaler because i have issues with dry mouth. The stong smell helps produce saliva. They always end up in the bottom of your pocket or purse where you can NEVER find them when you need them. Five seemed like excessive overbuy, but i already attached them to my cell phone and purse. Nightstand and car..One left..not bad!
