After years of loyal service to a competing nasal irrigation system (looking at you, Navage), I finally reached my breaking point. Not with my sinuses—but with the fact that the unit seemed to have the life expectancy of a mayfly. About a year in, with fairly light use, it would start wheezing like it needed its own nasal rinse. After doing some research, I switched to the **NASALFRESH MD Premium Dual Powered Nasal Irrigation System**, and I honestly haven’t looked back. The biggest difference? **Power.** The NASALFRESH MD doesn’t politely *ask* mucus to move along—it issues a firm, professional eviction notice. With three different power settings, it actually penetrates congestion instead of leaving you standing over the sink wondering who’s really in charge here. With the Navage, I lost count of how many times I held that thing in place, hoping it would break through, only to give up in defeat. Another major win is the design. The Navage requires you to hold a roughly 3-pound device pressed to your face the entire time, which feels less like sinus care and more like a forearm workout. I have serious sinus issues and have been told for years that I need to do nasal rinses and honestly I have dreaded it. I have tried every product out there and disliked them all UNTIL the NasalFresh MD. I have been using the NasalFresh MD for about 8 months now and I can honestly say that I love it! It's by far the easiest product to use, it cleans both nostrils at the same time and it really clears out your sinuses. (It also doesn't make you feel like you're drowning like some other products out there). The set up is quick and easy. The machine takes any brand of saline packets which is a plus. I love that it has a retractable hose so you don't have to hold the machine up to your face like a Navage. There are three power settings. I have only tried the first setting so far. The pressure is comfortable and the whole process is simple. It only takes about a minute for a complete wash cycle. It thoroughly clears your sinuses and makes breathing easier. The machine is rechargeable and very easy to clean. It also comes with a carrying case to store it in. I have bragged on this machine so much that my best friend went out and bought one for herself. She loves her NasalFresh MD as well. I highly recommend purchasing the NasalFresh MD, as it is a convenient, easy to use product that really clears your sinuses and gets rid of congestion.

Works really well and is super easy to use. I have used neti pots that you have to tilt you head to side and breath weirdly to get the liquid to pour out of your mouth while you do it. This is us much easier, you can just put the nose piece to your nose and let it do its thing. It sucks and pushes the saline solution through your sinuses and clears them out. I can see some mucus in the collection tank every time. And after a treatment i definitely feel like my nose is clear. The best part is that it isn't messy at all. It collects all of the solution so it doesn't have to run out your mouth. Cleaning it is easy, you just run some clean water through it with the little adapter and let it dry and you are done. If you like the feeling of clean sinuses from a neti pot you will love this more.
