Cannot recommend this device enough. I have tried many nasal irrigation methods, both manual and electric. Hands down, the NasalFresh MD is the best system I have found for my particular needs. Easy to use, does not require separate, expensive batteries. Charge lasts for a long time. Very simple to clean (where other devices usually lack). But, best of all, the suction power is phenomenal. 3 different levels, really helps extract all the gunk that no other device or manual method has ever been able to. Huge relief. Also, I did have an issue with my original machine, but Michelle, in customer service, was incredibly prompt in resolving the issue. Even checking in again to make sure it was working. So many times you buy things (particularly on Amazon) and can't get ahold of customer service departments. This has been very much the opposite experience. If you're on the fence, and you are struggling with seemingly endless congestion, this is the one to buy!

I had been using a different nasal irrigation system for years but switched to NasalFresh MD because it seemed like a better designed system. I have used the unit for a couple of months and it is much more convenient and flushes my sinuses quickly and efficiently. Recently I encountered a problem with my unit so I checked their website which had an excellent "How to Videos" section which allowed me to troubleshoot and isolate my problem, Unfortunately I could not accomplish the repair myself. I contacted NasalFresh through their website and received an email response the next day from Michelle in customer service. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and resolved my issue immediately. I have not received such great customer service in a very long time.

I’ve been using Nasal Fresh MD for over a year, and it’s been amazing for keeping my sinuses flushed even with my deviated septum. I was a long-time Navage user for many years, but Nasal Fresh MD is miles ahead—more comfortable, easier to use, and better designed. Recently my unit, which is an earlier model before the redesign, stopped working (lights on, but wouldn’t activate). Customer service was fantastic. They helped me troubleshoot and although we were unable to get it working, they quickly offered a warranty replacement. Overall this is a great product design for daily use and although I'm not sure about long term reliability, I really appreciate the customer support.

I’ve been using NasalFresh for a few days now, and I have to say it really makes a difference. My nose feels clearer almost immediately after using it, and it’s gentle enough that I don’t experience any irritation. I also like that it feels very natural and refreshing. Perfect for mornings when I wake up congested or after spending time in dusty environments. I’ve tried a few nasal sprays before, but this one feels the most soothing and effective. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants quick relief without harsh chemicals.

I've tried just about every electrified neti device on the market except for Navage. Everything from the SinuPulse Elite, NeilMed Sinugator and a few other lesser-known handheld devices. The thing that always turned me off from Navage was the fact they designed it to require their proprietary salt pods by which the device will not even operate unless one is in place. It's a marketing move so they can get residual income from that and limits consumer choice. That, and it requires you to hold the whole device up next to your face as you use it which seems a bit unwieldy. So, when I saw this one without those limitations I was excited to try it. And I'm glad to say I'm thoroughly impressed after a week of daily use. I like that it's basic in regards to how the tanks work and can be mixed as desired by the customer. I like that it can remain on the counter while the nasal tips are raised into position. I like that has dual action pressure/suction. And I like how the applicator can be turned 180 degrees to allow the direction to be switched. I like how you can examine the extracted liquid to see how much mucus is there. The only thing I wasn't too hip on was that it's a battery operated/rechargeable device. It just means that eventually the battery will wear out and become less effective. But out of the box, the battery holds a good charge. I've yet to run it down and charge it after a couple days of use to stay on the safe side. Time will tell whether it will hold up to daily use, not leak, not corrode, etc. But so far I'm optimistic it will last long enough to feel I got my money's worth. Which is more than I can say for some of the others I've tried.
