I could put it in the case when I'm done, but I use it pretty regularly and having to dig it out of the case every time would annoy me. -Full Review- I spent a fair bit of time searching for a replacement for my Navage. I liked it for what it was but found the design cumbersome and it randomly crapped out after only a couple years of moderate use. Not to mention the unfair design that forced you to buy their proprietary saline packs unless you went through the trouble of rigging it. I was hesitant to get the Nasal Fresh because the previous experience soured my view on nasal irrigation, but flushing my sinuses with a bottle wasn't working and I missed the relief the deeper cleaning gave. I splurged and bought this while it was on sale and was pleasantly surprised when I got it. The Nasal Fresh is super easy to use, WAY easier to clean than the Navage and it's made extremely well. Only time will tell how it'll hold up, but it seems pretty solid. I got the premium bundle that included the case and it's surprisingly useful. It's got a pouch for storage and is actually designed to hold the Nasal Fresh instead of just being a shell you cram it into. Regardless of which bundle you go with, both include saline packets, smaller nose pillows to create a better seal and a cover to keep the nose pillows on the machine clean. It also comes with a self cleaning attachment that allows you to fully flush out the system after use. All in all, it's smartly designed and very user friendly. I do wish they offered some kind of cover or plug for the tank you put the solution into. I use the Nasal Fresh somewhat regularly (thanks allergies) and so I like to keep it ready to go. Rinsing any dust out before filling it isn't the worst thing and it would annoy me more to put it in and take it out of the case constantly, but still. There's a dust cover for the nose pillows so it just makes sense to have something for the open tank. Aside from that one tiny nitpick, I'm extremely happy with this thing! It works wonders for my sinuses and as gross as it is to say, it pulls all the disgusting gunk out with no problem. I haven't had any nosebleeds or severe dryness since, and the consistent headache from sinus pressure immediately dissipated when I first used this. I highly recommend the Nasal Fresh for nasal irrigation because it does a great job and is very intuitive unlike some of the other options out there. It may be pricey but it's so worth the money!

I was skeptical at first bc of the price. This machine has been a game changer! I have bad sinuses due to surgery and allergies. To where I was constantly using nasal sprays for relief which led to migraines. So bought this machine. Let me tell you how well this has worked for me. I could FINALLY breathe! Crazy to think all the gunk that was hidden. So I use this multiple times a week which has led to less nasal sprays. Absolutely love that I can control when the water stops with the handheld button. 3 different settings too! So on those bad days level el3 is my go to. The convenience of being able to clean it by removing both cups to keep them dry and free from bacteria. I started a sinus infection like I always and and so I used the machine. Let’s just say ICK! And no antibiotics I had to take bc I started nasal rinse early. Which yes I think truly helped. The customer service is also on point. I had a tad issue and they responded within 25 hours! And I sent the email on a Sunday. I honestly did not think I would get a response for a few days. The individual who did respond was so friendly. And helped me with said issue. I highly recommend this machine. It’s rechargeable too! And the charge lasts quite a while!

I was skeptical that shoving salty water up my nose would do anything, but I'd been having severe headaches recently and was desperate enough to try anything. The headaches stemmed from an infection in my sinus cavity from a bad tooth infection some years back. I ordered the unit and waited for it to arrive. When I got it, it didn't work. I got on the phone (yes, real customer service reps will answer the call) and talked with them. They sent a new unit to me immediately with no fuss. This one would actually work just fine. I used it and was somewhat surprised at how well I handled it. It didn't hurt or bother me as much as I assumed it would. I used the regular salts, and it cleared my sinuses but seemed to do little else. After some research, I discovered that I might do better with the Xylitol salts as they can help with infection. So here is what I did. 1. Afrin nasal spray to open up my sinuses. 2. Warm the distilled water to a pleasant level. 3. Xylitol nasal rinse Within just 2 days, the pain in my head had subsided and I can breathe easier. My only complaint, is that they should include a few Xylitol packets, maybe five or six, just for people to try it. Other than that, it's perfect.

I have had issues with my ears for over 7 years. Multiple ENT appointments, I was farmed out to a speciality TMJ clinic. Finally I decided to purchase this product on my own and give it a go. it has helped my symptoms so much. I have less ear pressure and less mucus production. The hand switch stopped working to function the water flow and I remembered the 2 year warranty after I registered it. Customer service has been incredibly responsive and wanting and help resolve my issue asap and as easily as possible. looking forward to doing my rinses again! I notice a huge difference if I don’t do them

Having tried all the various products such as Netty pots, handheld squeeze bottle, etc. I realized this just wasn’t something I’ve enjoyed or wanted to do. Although my wife has done it for years and years and swears by the irrigation method working for allergies and sinusitis. It always just seemed to intrusive for me to be comfortable doing it regularly. Then she ordered the Nasal Fresh MD (after being told about it by an elderly lady at the pharmacy) more for herself. But, I was inclined to try it (mostly because it’s rechargeable so she wouldn’t be restricted by a cord, and over the sink seemed to be a better idea) but,also due to the severe allergies we suffer out on the farm, which are so severe at times, it makes you feel as if you need to go to the dentist. She purchased the normal salts, but she also purchased the xylitol nasal salt, which is also sold by Nasal Fresh MD. Unsure what to expect. I gave it a try. It’s certainly the least intrusive thing I’ve ever done. I could feel and hear the machines performance differences when it reached the areas I knew the trouble was, after religiously using a couple days. I leaned over and had the biggest sigh of relief. All that had been dried and packed in had finally moistened up enough to come out. I did feel better after the very first use, but after several days, it was amazing! so much so,that we bought another complete unit,because our daughter tried ours when we went to visit. She too, like me, does not like the intrusive feeling of the earlier products available. there’s no questioning the validity of them older products, but I would highly recommend Nasalfresh to anybody, especially if you’ve tried all the older methods that just seemed like being a little kid having to go get a shot at the doctor, not something you wanna do. Whether you live in the middle of fields where allergies run high or in the mountains where our daughter lives, this is definitely the answer for those of you who suffer sinus problems that make you feel like you’re supposed to be at the dentist. I highly recommend the xylitol salt,it adds so much moisture to the whole process. We use ours regularly, and no longer have to take allergy medication‘s and sinus medication’s. And last but, not least…I have to say there’s very few phone calls or emails you send where a human is responding to you. Unsure if it was the Machine‘s fault or ours. We had an issue turning it on after a trip. I sent an email, although we live in a throwaway world and I was inclined just to purchase another, my wife insisted I reach out because we really do rely upon this for our health and well-being. By the next morning Nasalfresh (Leah) had responded. yes,a real person that gave me a real phone number and a while we were waiting for a replacement, Leah ,the company representative gave us a way to get around the issue we were having, which made it a usable unit again. But,they were still willing to replace it. No questions asked. The best part was Leah had the immediate answer for us, and followed this up as no customer service does these days,making sure everything was taken care of, and we didn’t go without. So I can’t stress enough… we are real people, living in a real world and like most others in this real world, we don’t have the extra money to throw at things unless they’ll improve the quality of our lives. I’ve never doubted sinus irrigation can improve the quality of your life. It’s was just the means of doing it that didn’t interest me. It’s a rarity to find a product that far exceeds what you paid for it, and even more rare to get real customer service and warranty as simple as calling a number. This is only the second review I’ve ever written for any product in my 60 years, not to say that there aren’t things I should’ve spoke up for, I’ve just never had something that impacted the quality of my life so much. We purchased the deluxe model that came with a carrying case and gives you a place to put your salts, charging cord, etc. And love it, although you can charge it and it’ll go for weeks with two people using it without being recharged. This product far exceeds my expectations and I can easily say this is one of the few products that I’ve ever tried that improved the quality in my life to the extent this product did. It’s right up there with sliced bread,in my opinion!

I cannot begin to express how much we needed something like this in our home! We happen to live in the High Sierras, so it is VERY DRY here year-round. My son has suffered from nosebleeds due to this and the altitude since he was a young boy. Myself, I tend to get really bad sinus infections in the winter. This system is a blessing for us both! It’s super easy to use and assemble! You add one of the saline packets to distilled water (we’ve also boiled water and let it cool). Put the device over a sink, adjust to the desired settings, and use as instructed. Easy peasy! What really sets this apart is the dual-powered system. It rinses and suctions at the same time, so it actually pulls the mucus and gunk out instead of just swishing them around! There are 3 power settings so you can start gentle and go stronger if you want, and it has a really long hose so you’re not holding a heavy contraption or tilting your head around awkwardly. 🤣 It’s simple, fast, easy and super EFFECTIVE!!!!!! And this will help with tons of sinus issues. Think sinus infections, congestion, seasonal allergies, dryness and more! This is a really impressive nasal rinse system. It’s gentle, easy to use and provides true results. Easier to breathe, less pressure and lots of relief for me. This is such a great tool for either daily use (you’d be surprised how dry your sinuses get in high, dry altitude!) or for when you’re sick and need immediate relief. Cleaning is straightforward and super simple too. 🙌🏼 Both my son and I have noticed genuine improvement from the dryness and congestion, after using this. I purchased the NasalFresh MD because I was dealing with ongoing sinus pressure and facial pain, and I wanted something more effective and easier to use than traditional rinsing methods. Compared to neti pots and squeeze bottles, this system is much more convenient and efficient—it takes less than a minute to rinse both nostrils, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I’ve had two sinus surgeries and my doctor stressed how important it was to keep my nasal passages clean with regular saline irrigation. After trying many different options, the NasalFresh is clearly the best by far. It’s very easy to use, even when you’re still healing and feeling sensitive. The adjustable pressure settings are a big advantage, since you can choose a gentler or stronger flow depending on how you’re feeling that day. The quick tutorial on using the product was easy and the process became very smooth and effective. I have had sinus issues and have for many years. I have tried Rx nasal sprays, RX and OTC allergy meds, nasal spray bottles, Neti pots, etc. This system (think of an automatic Neti pot without out tilting your head at weird angles) slowly flows water through your sinus and cleans out allergens / debris. I feel refreshed after using this and have been using most every day for the last 2 months. I started with 1 packet of salt, and then started 2 packs. This system sits on the counter and you bring the hand held part to your nose and press the button to turn the unit on. You can control the flow rate this way. Its weird the first few times, and a definite feeling of getting water up your nose, but now i am surprised at how comfortable I am with doing this daily. I do it over the bathroom sink, because water will drip out of your nose after you are have finished. I bought this on 16 Jul 26, and it worked for about 2 months, and the hand held switch is not working. I went through all the trouble shooting on the internet and with customer support. The switch on the hand held part allows you to slowly engage the machine and not have it flood your sinus with water. Operating the system with the unit power switch only does not allow you to moderate the flow rate is no comfortable to use, and in my opinion is not safe to use since it can overpressure your ear drums. The system works great!!! when it works, but it is broke now after 2 months. I hope they replace it under the 2 yr warranty! Plan to change this to a 5 star review once i get the unit replaced!
