It does a thorough rinse and cleaning of your nasal passage. It has a 2-year warranty and their customer service and support are excellent. I purchased this product for my dad. He enjoyed the NasalFresh system and wanted to share a review: I bought the NasalFresh system because I have a history of nasal polyps and suffer from allergies and sinus issues. I had been using a squeeze bottle sinus rinse system for years. While it worked, I believe that this new, advanced product provides a powerful rinse and suctioning which results in a more thorough cleaning. It’s easy to set up, use, and clean. I’m pleased with how well it works, and how my sinuses feel afterwards. I recommend it to anyone else with similar issues.

I was dealing with really bad nasal congestion that was causing me to snore, so I decided to try this product. I really like that it has three different modes so you can adjust the saline flow to whatever feels most comfortable and effective for you. You honestly won’t believe the amount of junk this thing clears out of your sinuses. You definitely see the results when you dump out the waste water afterward. Another thing I like is that this system gives you multiple options for saline solution instead of locking you into proprietary cartridges like some of the competition. Their customer service was also outstanding. I had an issue with my unit, and they shipped out a replacement ASAP with no hassle.

I’ve struggled with ongoing sinus issues for years and have tried many solutions, including NeilMed squeeze bottles, with little to no relief. After seeing NasalFresh MD on Amazon and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try—figuring I had nothing to lose. I’ve now been using this device for about a month, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it. It is far more effective, comfortable, and convenient than anything else I’ve tried. I noticed a real improvement in my sinus symptoms, and it has become part of my regular routine. What truly impressed me, though, was the customer service. I did experience an issue with my original unit and needed a replacement. Even though I was past Amazon’s 30‑day return window, NasalFresh MD handled it flawlessly. BYEBYE, Navage!! So many good things to say; I am so glad I went ahead and purchased this device. I purchased a Navage sometime in 2023. Well, the device unexpectedly stopped working last week (motor wouldn't engage even though the button would depress correctly). I went through the hassle of having to use a freakin' screwdriver to troubleshoot batteries, clean battery port, blah blah blah. After emailing the customer service agent I was told to find the serial number. Which is so conveniently located in between the batteries which must be removed via screwdriver once again to access. Customer service agent said that since it is outside of the 1-year warranty they won't ensure the purchase, but offered two options: 1: Purchase $70 of SaltPods and receive a new mechanical module with purchase (the branded saline that you must use if you don't buy a jailbreaking piece of silicone online) or 2: Purchase a new mechanical module for $40. At first I figured the purchase of the new mechanical module was my best option, since I had previously purchased the little silicone pieces that you put in the SaltPod hinge to trick the device into thinking it was a proprietary SaltPod even though I just used my own saline packets (so purchasing $70 of SaltPods is just silly), but I checked out Amazon to see if there were any competitors who make a better product since I purchased my Navage in '23. I found this device and bit the bullet. $89 on sale vs $40 for a new mechanical module is more expensive, BUT Navage lost out because: - Who's to say I won't have to purchase another $40 mechanical module within the next 2 years, as Navage's warranty is only 1 year and probably already fulfilled with this replacement part? Would they even offer the same $40 "deal" when the next one dies? - Even the little silicone part that jailbreaks the device is a bit sketchy sometimes- not having to rely on those is a huge convenience - USB charged instead of AA batteries - no more worries about corrosion or the batteries getting continuously weaker, having to go get a dang screwdriver out of the garage to maintain that thing - Not just pushing but pulling action = WAY more effective at irrigation: I used this device today and it was SO powerful that I went and double-checked that it holds the same amount of water as the Navage reservoir: it actually holds 50 mL more! I was shocked because it took a fraction of the time for the entire reservoir to empty as it used to take for my Navage to work (my sinuses were moderately stuffy before using). - 3 levels of power- I read some reviews saying the Navage is more powerful- maybe on level 1, but holy cow I felt like it was almost too strong on level 3! To me there was no comparison. - EASY cleaning! The savage is a PITA to clean. You have to run water through the various orifices while being careful not to wet the battery compartment which is centimeters away from the most important holes to clean, ugh! I also never felt like it was truly clean. Even though I jailbroke their device and could use my own dish soap in it to clean it, I wondered how you'd sterilize it otherwise. - USE YOUR OWN salt packets! Navage pods are SO pricey. I like using Alkalol in conjunction with NeilMed w/ Xylitol sinus packet rinses for the most powerful and sterilizing irrigation. This machine makes it easy to customize your rinse method. - Just pour your sinus rinse & water straight into the reservoir. Every little step you don't have to do (getting a measuring cup out to measure out 1 cup of water) makes it a quicker process and easier cleanup). - Convenient storage chamber in the back: I love the thoughtful design of keeping all the parts in the back. The Navage offered nothing in the way of this. - Customer service was amazing. I called for an issue I had when I received the package, and the customer service lady Michelle answered literally before the second ring. Extremely friendly; hassle-free. That's awesome. Navage just had an email I could write. I am sure I could keep going, but I am very happy overall that I chose to jump ship. It's a shame that Navage wouldn't offer the part gratis- I even told them in my original customer service email that I have gotten several friends and family members to purchase the device because of my recommendation. I guess loyalty isn't as important as those $$$. Navage, if you'd just replaced the machine module for me, you wouldn't have lost a customer. That's capitalism in action, baby!

First winter in years without a single respiratory issue — thank you, NASALFRESH MD! I cannot say enough good things about NASALFRESH MD. For as long as I can remember, winter has meant battling congestion, sinus infections, and at least one miserable stretch of respiratory illness. This past season was the first time in years that I made it through completely unscathed — and I credit NASALFRESH MD as a big part of that. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. Easy to use, gentle, and genuinely effective. I feel like I can actually breathe clearly all day, and the difference in how I feel overall has been remarkable. No stuffiness, no sinus pressure, no dreaded downward spiral into bronchitis or worse.
