I’ve dealt with a stuffy nose for what feels like forever, especially in the mornings, so I was excited to give this a try. I’ll admit, the first time using it felt a little strange (if you’ve never done a sinus rinse before, you’ll know what I mean!), but after getting used to it, I could immediately tell the difference. I really like that this isn’t just a regular nasal rinse. The powered rinse combined with the suction makes it feel like it’s actually clearing everything out instead of just flushing water through. My nose felt noticeably clearer afterward, and I could breathe so much easier. I also like that you can adjust the pressure, so you don’t have to start with a strong setting if you’re new to nasal irrigation. Another big plus is that it doesn’t lock you into buying expensive refill packets. You can use the saline packets you already have, which helps keep the ongoing cost down. The setup was straightforward, and I like that it’s rechargeable and doesn’t require expensive pods. I initially received a unit with a factory defect that wouldn't operate properly. I contacted customer support, and their representative, Leah, was absolutely amazing. She immediately sent a free replacement and didn't even make me go through the hassle of returning the broken one. I deliberately waited about a month before writing this review to evaluate the actual health benefits, and I am genuinely impressed. I bought this to help with a stuffy nose and allergies. After using it, I can finally breathe freely again—it does a fantastic job of washing out all the allergens. I’ve used traditional Neti pots and squeeze bottles in the past, but this electric system is on a completely different level. The water flow pressure is perfect: it cleans thoroughly but gently. The silicone nose pillows are super comfortable and create a great seal, so the whole process is very neat with no water splashing all over the bathroom. It’s also very easy to take apart and clean after the procedure. I now use it a couple of times a week for prevention, and it works wonders. Highly recommend both the NasalFresh system and this seller!

This is a great concept! I think that for someone who has these specific things it’s perfect. I was really excited about this because I do have a lot of sinus pressure and congestion, especially in the winter here and it did work a little bit however, my sinuses are a little bit too wonky for it. I feel like it had a really hard time trying to get through the tube into my nose to irrigate it and therefore it’s just too much for me. I feel like I had to put more pressure into trying to get the water out then I felt was worth it for me. Overall, I think this is a great product for someone who is a very normal standard person with normal sinuses, but minor just a little bit too messed up from my accident to make this worthwhile for me. However, it is really easy and simple to use and my husband loves it! So for him, he says that it is really good at clearing him up and he hates to be stuffy and has a lot of allergies. So overall, this is a great product to have because it is very useful!

I want to share that this little machine is a game changer for my sinuses. For many years I had to rely on allergy meds to control it somehow but the feeling of stuffed nose was just not getting better with anything until I found this, I did try rinses manually before but due to severity of my clogged nostrils was imposible to make it work. But this little guy packs all the power needed to go thru, one side in one side out. I don’t see myself going any further without this machine as a first necessity in my I have to have. I bought it back in December it came with a bunch of saline packages and I been using it almost on a daily basis ever since. Couple weeks ago she started to give me a hard time getting to start like something was off then she just stoped responding when I click the start button. I reach out to customer service and a very nice customer service representative name Colleen immediately responded and ask me to send a video to see what the machine was the problem so I did and she responded back in minutes explaining what was the problem and gave me instructions how to make it work without using the ignition button. However she said she wanted me to have a 5 start experience and gave me 2 options to send it back for a replacement or to write a review here on Amazon since is the place I purchased from, providing a honest review about my whole experience and I am here writing this because I think is very important to buy a good product and of course machines have flaws and or stop working sometimes but I think is also very very important that the company is backed by a great customer service team in my case I truly got a 5 ⭐️ treatment by Colleen. I recommend this product 1000 percent is effective is good priced and has a solid support in case something goes wrong.

I’m a smoker and I have issues with my sinuses. I tried different over the counter medications and remedies but they didn’t work for me. So, I decided to try this NasalFresh MD device. The setup was easy and I had to use boiled tap water. After that cooled off, I added the nasal salt. Kept the device on the lowest setting because it was recommended to use on that at least for a month. That setting is gentle and it worked for me. The irrigation was the first time a bit strange but afterwards I couldn’t believe how great I felt. There was no runny nose, no more sniffing just deep breaths. I had to figure out how to use it, which nose pillow is right for me and how often I need to use it. About the device, it’s designed to fit on the countertop, easy to clean because it has an auto cleaning feature. Has an USB charger and the battery lasts for a long time. Since I use this device, I can say that it really improved my quality of life. It keeps my sinuses clean and comfortable. I don’t have to worry about how I will include into my daily life because to do the cleaning, requires only 2-3 minutes. What is the bonus; I don’t need to add any medication or drugs for the cleaning process. I’m super excited that it removes allergies, bacteria and viruses. Those are the most common problems I have encountered and now I don’t have to worry anymore. I already recommend it to my daughter who has seasonal allergies. The bottom line is that it’s easy to use, the battery lasts longer, gentle on my nose and it’s really effective. It definitely improved my quality of life and sleep. I can breathe freely and without a struggle. Also, no more headaches from the sinus infection and congestion.

I suffer from constant post nasal drip, even after having surgery on my sinuses and deviated septum, as well as allergies. I rinse twice daily to lessen how bad it gets. I was using the simple squeeze bottle before I got my nasal fresh 4 months ago and I'm quite happy with it. It definitely gives me noticeable relief. It's very easy to use. Just select from one of three settings, remove the piece with the nose spouts, hold it up into your nose, and press the button. Stop after half the tank has been used, flip over the piece, then press the button again to finish up. You need to play around with it the first couple of times to figure out which setting is most comfortable for you as well as exactly how to position it in your nose. Do this properly and you will avoid getting a good amount of water up in your ear canal. After that you won't even have to think when using it. It definitely flushes out everything up in your nasal passages. You can see the mucous floating in the bottom tank after use. I'm sure it also helps flush out the stuff you can't see as well like dust and pollen. You can feel the difference afterwards. Cleaning is super easy as well. In the top tank add just 1 drop of free & clear dish soap to hot water. Using the cleaning attachment it comes with let it cycle through down into the bottom tank. Then rinse with just hot water afterwards. You don't have to do this every single use. I do it once and week and it's been holding up just fine. Important: Make sure you are using DISTILLED WATER for your rinsing. This is extremely crucial. It will help prevent any microbes from getting into your nasal passages and causes all sorts of problems. I remember hearing a story a while back of someone who ended up with some brain eating microbe because they rinsed using tap water. It wasn't with this product but the product doesn't matter.

The NasalFresh MD has been a game changer for me especially during allergy season. It has been the best nasal irrigation system that I have ever used due to its different settings, ease of use, and overall design. I love that it has 3 power settings while a lot of other brands only have 1 setting. I also really enjoy the retractable hose that allows me to angle my head in different directions to really help clear out my congestion. Other nasal irrigation systems only work well with your head tilted back in one direction otherwise the saline will spill out. This one allows for so much more adjustability and flexibility. Also, without the need for expensive saline pods, I have the flexibility to use whatever brand of saline I need. I will say that the nasal fresh MD saline packets are really great for those extra congested days compared to other brands. The battery lasts a very long time and the suction stays strong throughout the entire battery life until it’s time to charge. It’s very easy to clean too with the provided cleaning adapter. Customer server is also excellent. I called to troubleshoot my nasal fresh and the representative was quick to respond and very helpful to give me a fast solution. I highly recommend the nasal fresh MD and this company.
