I Can't Recommend This Enough!

-The short version- PROS: -Easy to use -Easy to clean -Well made -Works wonderfully CONS: -A cover for the tank at the top There aren't any cons I can think of aside from that. I could put it in the case when I'm done, but I use it pretty regularly and having to dig it out of the case every time would annoy me. -Full Review- I spent a fair bit of time searching for a replacement for my Navage. I liked it for what it was but found the design cumbersome and it randomly crapped out after only a couple years of moderate use. Not to mention the unfair design that forced you to buy their proprietary saline packs unless you went through the trouble of rigging it. I was hesitant to get the Nasal Fresh because the previous experience soured my view on nasal irrigation, but flushing my sinuses with a bottle wasn't working and I missed the relief the deeper cleaning gave. I splurged and bought this while it was on sale and was pleasantly surprised when I got it. The Nasal Fresh is super easy to use, WAY easier to clean than the Navage and it's made extremely well. Only time will tell how it'll hold up, but it seems pretty solid. I got the premium bundle that included the case and it's surprisingly useful. It's got a pouch for storage and is actually designed to hold the Nasal Fresh instead of just being a shell you cram it into. Regardless of which bundle you go with, both include saline packets, smaller nose pillows to create a better seal and a cover to keep the nose pillows on the machine clean. It also comes with a self cleaning attachment that allows you to fully flush out the system after use. All in all, it's smartly designed and very user friendly. I do wish they offered some kind of cover or plug for the tank you put the solution into. I use the Nasal Fresh somewhat regularly (thanks allergies) and so I like to keep it ready to go. Rinsing any dust out before filling it isn't the worst thing and it would annoy me more to put it in and take it out of the case constantly, but still. There's a dust cover for the nose pillows so it just makes sense to have something for the open tank. Aside from that one tiny nitpick, I'm extremely happy with this thing! It works wonders for my sinuses and as gross as it is to say, it pulls all the disgusting gunk out with no problem. I haven't had any nosebleeds or severe dryness since, and the consistent headache from sinus pressure immediately dissipated when I first used this. I highly recommend the Nasal Fresh for nasal irrigation because it does a great job and is very intuitive unlike some of the other options out there. It may be pricey but it's so worth the money!

Finally getting sinus relief!

I was skeptical at first bc of the price. This machine has been a game changer! I have bad sinuses due to surgery and allergies. To where I was constantly using nasal sprays for relief which led to migraines. So bought this machine. Let me tell you how well this has worked for me. I could FINALLY breathe! Crazy to think all the gunk that was hidden. So I use this multiple times a week which has led to less nasal sprays. Absolutely love that I can control when the water stops with the handheld button. 3 different settings too! So on those bad days level el3 is my go to. The convenience of being able to clean it by removing both cups to keep them dry and free from bacteria. I started a sinus infection like I always and and so I used the machine. Let’s just say ICK! And no antibiotics I had to take bc I started nasal rinse early. Which yes I think truly helped. The customer service is also on point. I had a tad issue and they responded within 25 hours! And I sent the email on a Sunday. I honestly did not think I would get a response for a few days. The individual who did respond was so friendly. And helped me with said issue. I highly recommend this machine. It’s rechargeable too! And the charge lasts quite a while!

Game Changer for Nasal Health and Allergy Symptom Relief!!

The NasalFresh MD irrigation system is a game changer. I began using this unit nearly 2 years ago and it was the only device I've been comfortable with which provides substantial improvement in my sinus congestion and allergy symptoms. I have never breathed better. Over the years, I've tried multiple sinus rinse products, nasal sprays, OTC and RX allergy medications and none have come close to the success of my health with the NasalFresh MD irrigation system. I have encountered a malfunction on one unit however Colleen was swift to provide excellent 5-STAR customer service to mitigate any issues. Do yourself a favor and purchase one of these units. I recommend the rinse packets from NasalFresh MD Extra Strength Xylitol Nasal Rinse Packets - 30 Count as well as these routinely offer protection and moisturization of nasal passages along with the typical rinse relief. Both are great products and highly recommended!

Amazing results

I have had issues with my ears for over 7 years. Multiple ENT appointments, I was farmed out to a speciality TMJ clinic. Finally I decided to purchase this product on my own and give it a go. it has helped my symptoms so much. I have less ear pressure and less mucus production. The hand switch stopped working to function the water flow and I remembered the 2 year warranty after I registered it. Customer service has been incredibly responsive and wanting and help resolve my issue asap and as easily as possible. looking forward to doing my rinses again! I love it! Don't know how I lived without it!

Bottom Line: Great product that works! I use it every day and love it! Review: I've used the bottle saline rinses before and found them very effective however this device (Nasalfresh) looked much cleaner and easier to use so I purchased it. After 1 month of daily use I can say I really do love this machine and love how clean and clear my sinuses are after using it! Would I buy it again after 1 month of every day use? Yes! Deeper Dive: while I love the device, it's not perfect. Even though the sinus rinse portion is cleaner than using a bottle or neti pot, there's more cleanup afterwards. Meaning, once you've done the rinse you'll need to run a rinse cycle and then clean out the collection tank and rinse reservoir. I like to use a paper towel to dry everything afterwards so I can place everything back in the storage case. So while this device does streamline the actual rinse/flush, you'll be having to clean up more items afterward...but for me, I don't mind. The other part that's not perfect is the pump and suction. Even after 1 month of every day use, I still am not perfect at getting the perfect seal and sometime get some pressure build up while running so I'll temporarily stop and wait for pressure to release and then can turn it on and keep going. The last item to not is that the machine comes with a small plastic part to place over the nasal pillows for the cleaning cycle. I'm paranoid of loosing it as it just sits loosely in the case. I wish there was a better solution for storing this little piece. Honestly, if I hadn't pitched the premium bumble with the storage case I would have inevitably lost that piece already. Overall: Even with the minor items I mentioned above, I do love the machine and the clear sinuses I have as a result of using it. If you're contemplating getting the NasalFresh unit, I suggest going for it! It's a great device that does its job. Wish List Items on future Models: 1) A power adapter that could be used to power the unit if the built in battery was dead 2) Dishwasher safe plastic reservoir and collection tank 3) A small storage spot on the unit itself (drawer or hook?) to place the cleaning nozzle adapter so it doesn't get lost.

What a small investment in your health and comfort of day-to-day living

Having tried all the various products such as Netty pots, handheld squeeze bottle, etc. I realized this just wasn’t something I’ve enjoyed or wanted to do. Although my wife has done it for years and years and swears by the irrigation method working for allergies and sinusitis. It always just seemed to intrusive for me to be comfortable doing it regularly. Then she ordered the Nasal Fresh MD (after being told about it by an elderly lady at the pharmacy) more for herself. But, I was inclined to try it (mostly because it’s rechargeable so she wouldn’t be restricted by a cord, and over the sink seemed to be a better idea) but,also due to the severe allergies we suffer out on the farm, which are so severe at times, it makes you feel as if you need to go to the dentist. She purchased the normal salts, but she also purchased the xylitol nasal salt, which is also sold by Nasal Fresh MD. Unsure what to expect. I gave it a try. It’s certainly the least intrusive thing I’ve ever done. I could feel and hear the machines performance differences when it reached the areas I knew the trouble was, after religiously using a couple days. I leaned over and had the biggest sigh of relief. All that had been dried and packed in had finally moistened up enough to come out. I did feel better after the very first use, but after several days, it was amazing! so much so,that we bought another complete unit,because our daughter tried ours when we went to visit. She too, like me, does not like the intrusive feeling of the earlier products available. there’s no questioning the validity of them older products, but I would highly recommend Nasalfresh to anybody, especially if you’ve tried all the older methods that just seemed like being a little kid having to go get a shot at the doctor, not something you wanna do. Whether you live in the middle of fields where allergies run high or in the mountains where our daughter lives, this is definitely the answer for those of you who suffer sinus problems that make you feel like you’re supposed to be at the dentist. I highly recommend the xylitol salt,it adds so much moisture to the whole process. We use ours regularly, and no longer have to take allergy medication‘s and sinus medication’s. And last but, not least…I have to say there’s very few phone calls or emails you send where a human is responding to you. Unsure if it was the Machine‘s fault or ours. We had an issue turning it on after a trip. I sent an email, although we live in a throwaway world and I was inclined just to purchase another, my wife insisted I reach out because we really do rely upon this for our health and well-being. By the next morning Nasalfresh (Leah) had responded. yes,a real person that gave me a real phone number and a while we were waiting for a replacement, Leah ,the company representative gave us a way to get around the issue we were having, which made it a usable unit again. But,they were still willing to replace it. No questions asked. The best part was Leah had the immediate answer for us, and followed this up as no customer service does these days,making sure everything was taken care of, and we didn’t go without. So I can’t stress enough… we are real people, living in a real world and like most others in this real world, we don’t have the extra money to throw at things unless they’ll improve the quality of our lives. I’ve never doubted sinus irrigation can improve the quality of your life. It’s was just the means of doing it that didn’t interest me. It’s a rarity to find a product that far exceeds what you paid for it, and even more rare to get real customer service and warranty as simple as calling a number. This is only the second review I’ve ever written for any product in my 60 years, not to say that there aren’t things I should’ve spoke up for, I’ve just never had something that impacted the quality of my life so much. We purchased the deluxe model that came with a carrying case and gives you a place to put your salts, charging cord, etc. And love it, although you can charge it and it’ll go for weeks with two people using it without being recharged. This product far exceeds my expectations and I can easily say this is one of the few products that I’ve ever tried that improved the quality in my life to the extent this product did. It’s right up there with sliced bread,in my opinion!

Amazing Nasal Irrigation System

I've had bad allergies and sinuses since I was a little kid. I started using netipots and squeeze bottle saline nasal irrigation about 8 yrs ago. They have worked well over the years. This week I began to suffer woth the worst sinus infection I ever remember having, on the right side of my face. I used my netipot and it offered a little relief over 2 days, but it began to be painful just to blow my nostril on the right side. Even though it offered a little relief, the netipot can not break up the sinus pockets that was trapping the old mucus from the infection. Upon a friend's advise, I researched the Navage unit and stumbled across the Nasal Fresh. I liked the idea it came with as much as it does, can be used with any OTC nasal irigation saline packets, and it has 3 power levels. I recieved it overnight, and it only took 4 hrs to fully charge as it was already partially charged. After my initial cleaning and rinsing of the unit, I tried it on the low setting as recommended in the manual. Even on low, it was able to open the blocked sinus pocket and the old mucus began to flow. I had such a good relief from the first use, it felt like I was able to breathe better than I have ever breathed in my entire life (I am 50yrs old). I used it again this morning and it cleared a lot more of the old mucus out. I still only used it on low power when sucking on the right nostril, but I was able to use the medium level when turned around and sucking on the left nostril. There is a night and day difference between using the nasal fresh and a netipot for nasal irrigation. I wish I would have bought one of these a long time ago!!!! I would highly recommend buying this unit if you use a netipot and are on the fence about it. It is overwhelming worth the price to purchase!

Best NASAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM on the market with real flaws.

Having tried multiple other products, I believe the NASAL FRESH MD is the best NASAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM on the market but it has real flaws that they need to fix. Setup & Cleaning: If you watch their YouTube video on how to properly setup and flush the hoses you will discover that the process is very simple. If you don't watch the tutorial video it's a bit confusing. Usage Recommendation: I made a hot mess when I tried to use this device on my bathroom counter because water would leak and drip all over the counter and then fall on the bathroom floor. To avoid the mess, just do the following: 1 - place the device into your bathroom sink instead of on the counter 2 - remove the water drainage cup thingy that catches all the dirty water and instead let it flow down your drain 3 - lean your upper body over the sink so any water that leaks off the suction line or off your chin falls into the sink and down the drain Salt Packet Recommendation: I found a salt packets that come with the device too weak but using two packets of salt was too strong and burn my nasal cavity. My solution was to use one and half packed which meant that I went through the packets very quickly. Instead of buying a replacement packet, I purchased a jar of Ancient Salt so that I could measure out exactly the amount of salt for my daily flushes. This is a cheaper and more efficient method than using their salt packets. ***ONE MAJOR FLAW**** I bought my first device on February 16, 2026 and for the first time in my life, I was able to sleep at night without congestion blocking my nasal cavity. My quality of sleep dramatically improved. Unfortunately just 3-months later the device just stop working. First the controls on the nuzzle stop working and then the device just stop working. It would not turn and it would not charge when I plug in the USB cord. On May 12, 2026, I bought a replacement unit because all the other brands that sell Nasal Irrigation Systems just did not work for me. I was hopeful that my new device would work and I was very careful to avoid any water going into the USA charging port but sadly just 4-months later the device stopped working again. THE NEED TO FIX THEIR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS SO THE DEVICE WILL NOT JUST STOP WORKING. I am still buying and testing other brands to see if any of them can deliver the same nasal congestion relief that elevated the majority of my snoring and breathing issues while I am sleeping. Unfortunately, I keep buying and returning the products sold on Amazon. I am going to expand my search to products outside of Amazon but I refuse to buy a 3rd device because it's too expensive of a device to only work 3 - 4 months.
