I recently had sinus surgery and my doctor prescribed for me to do frequent rinses to help with healing and cleaning them out. I had previously used neti pots and squeeze bottles and didn't want to deal with those. After a bit of research I found Nasalfresh MD and liked the different pressure settings. The bundle came with everything I needed - a carry case, sinus rinse packets, and the device itself. It was very easy to figure out how to use and adjust the pressure setting to the lowest. It did take a bit of getting used to the suction and changing placement of the nasal buds but it did exactly what I needed. Cleaning the unit is very easy to do since both tanks can be removed. I had no issues for the 1st month of using it multiple times daily until one day the buttons on the handheld portion quit working. I contacted support via email and I will say I'm very very impressed at the response. Same day after a few back and forth emails to try troubleshooting steps they shipped a replacement unit to me. They also told me how to use it without using the button on the handheld portion by using the power button on the unit itself. I was able to continue using until the replacement unit came less than a week later. Overall I'm impressed by the quality of the bundle, how well it works on keeping you clean and helping with congestion. I am super impressed by the customer support response and actions they took in a very quick manner. I've recommended nasalfresh md to others.

I purchased the NasalFresh MD from Amazon on May 6,2026, received it on May 7, 2026. I read and followed all instructions. It worked well and I was very pleased until it suddenly stopped working on June 8, 2026. The display lights would come on, but when I pressed the button on the "Nasal Dock" NOTHING. No sound at all. I tried turning it on and off several times, and even tried recharging but still nothing. I called NasalFresh support number and got a super nice lady named Colleen. She showed me how to temporarily bypsass the button on the Nasal Dock, and sent me an email with instructions to get a replacement unit. So I am VERY happy with their service. I do like this product very much, it has helped with with my nose that gets stuffed up often. I would recommend NasalFresh to anyone, because they stand behind their product. Thank you John W.
