Starting with a premium Timberland full-grain waterproof leather upper, we added an internal waterproof membrane for maximum waterproof protection, a composite safety toe, cement construction for flexibility, electrical hazard protection, our Anti-Fatigue Technology footbed that offers all-day shock absorption and energy return, and a non-marking Timberland PRO rubber convex outsole that is heat-, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant for superior indoor and outdoor traction. Plus, its breathable, moisture-wicking lining is made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic.

Whether I am cutting wood, going up and down a ladder, or doing lawn and garden work, these boots perform very well. The soles provide excellent traction on wet grass and other surfaces, and they are definitely waterproof. Like any heavy-duty boot, they do have some weight to them, but I barely notice it. Great room in the toe box and the lacing system allows me to cinch the laces securely. I would say they run true to size, while allowing the use of a thicker work sock if needed. I got these for my husband after doing some research. He has plantar fasciitis and neuropathy, and he wears through shoes fast, so finding something supportive and durable hasn’t been easy. He had zero part in picking these out, so he was unsure if he'd like them. However, he loves them. He says his feet feel great, even after long days. They’re supportive without being stiff or uncomfortable, and so far they’re holding up really well. These composite toe boots are my first product I’ve used from Timberland and they did not disappoint, really good in my opinion. They are very comfortable when you first put them on and onward, they’ll fit for the wearer in no time. Then you got plenty of toe room. Even with the composite toe, sometimes it feels as if you’re just wearing normal boots, but these have plenty of both room and comfort for yourself. As for durability, it’s great. I work in the solid waste department, driving garbage trucks everyday and always facing task that would involve a bit of foot work and my boots are always scraping, but they aren’t giving away that easily, they are lasting much longer than my previous boots. Perfect sizing, nice and light, very comfortable. Broke in quickly. I did upgrade the insoles but I do that on every pair of boots I have. Plastic top hooks seem a little cheap but the lace kinda clicks into them and they've held up for a few months with no issues so far.
