Really attractive Christmas tree. It takes time to fluff out all the branches but sure looks good when you’re done. We got the 8.5’ unlit tree and will use our own lights. I am quite particular and have sold a couple artificial trees on Craigslist in the past which didn’t look that great and were not worth the trouble of assembling them. We then went back to buying live Christmas trees for a couple years. We found the end of one branch was broken on this Vickerman tree which created an empty space and that was not too attractive. I asked a question on Amazon about possibly getting a replacement branch and the next day got a response from the manufacturer asking me to give them a call. I did contact them and they are sending a replacement for the damaged section. Now that’s great customer service! They certainly want their customers to be satisfied. Love this tree!! After purchasing a tree that looked very yellow at night, I returned it and searched for a flocked tree that had white lights. This tree is it!! White lights and it’s definitely flocked with “snow” and not just sprayed with a white dusting. There are actual clumps of “snow.” Like other reviewers mentioned, you do have to take some time to separate the branches and fluff it out to fill gaps, but we’ll worth the effort!!! In addition, be prepared for lots of the flocking to get all over your floor and clothing while assembling, but again ... well worth it. If you don’t want to spend time fluffing out branches than this is not your tree, but if you want a very snowy flocked tree with true white lights then you’ve found your tree! ... show more

Gorgeous tree, the pine needles and branches and the way they lay look real, and extend clear in toward the trunk. Trunk also is wrapped with needles, unlike the other artificial tree I tried from Lowe’s. The flocking is thick, sometimes clumped in masses but that looks real too. The lights have been flocked as well and are warm and vintage looking. Comes with spare set. In love with this tree, only now want one that is 2’ taller. Word of caution: this tree does take quite a lot of unfolding of the branches to get it to look the way it was supposed to. Had to uncurl each individual branch and each smaller needles branch, which can be quite difficult with the heavy flocking and how expertly tightly each strand of lights was wound. Sometimes needed to completely flip some of the little needle branches over to the other side. Some of the flocking will come off during the process but is so thick it doesn’t make any difference at all in the look of the tree and is easy to vacuum. 100% worth the work. This is such a beautiful tree! I’ve been wanting a flocked tree for a while and finally decided on this one after another order was cancelled. I’m glad I got this one and I am extremely happy with it. I haven’t put any lights or decorations on it yet and it’s beautiful on its own. The branches are full and lush with flocking into the tree but more to the ends of branches like real snow fall. It was in 4 sections which was very easy to put together. The shape of the tree is nice, but I was very surprised at how small (thin) this tree really is. I went to the home stores and priced flocked 7 1/2 foot trees and they are all at least $100 less. The tree also sits up really high which would be fine if there were a ton of gifts to fill in the bottom but there could have been more branches at the bottom. In essence it's a 6 1/2 foot tree with a much larger price tag. There it too much flocking, the tree looks white instead of green with wish a touch of snow and there are places where the flocking is so thick I had to pry the branches apart of decorate it. I wish I could have seen this tree before I bought it because it's way overpriced for what you get. Too late now. ... show more

I bought this tree after Christmas and just had an opportunity to set it up to take a look at it. The box says it was a slim tree but yet nowhere on its information page does it say that. I really wanted a full tree. We will go ahead and keep this because it is very pretty and there's a lot of flocking and tips to hang ornaments on but we were disappointed that it was not a full tree and didn't state that it was a slim tree. ... show more

Amazon (not 3rd party) sold and sent a returned tree that wouldn’t light up at the top. Can only return as no stock to replace unless I want to do 3rd party sellers for around twice the price I paid. Ridiculous

This tree is perfect! Beautiful tree! It was easy to assemble, the perfect amount of fullness and a great tree for its price point. It does shed a little, which is normal for any flocked tree, but not too bad. I’m very pleased.
