I've used this for about 10 trips and already the "folding" lock mechanism has already come apart making it extremely difficult to lock. Something is not right with this lock, or maybe I got a defective one. UPDATE: Velo was very quick to send me a replacement for the defective part so the service seems good and maybe I just got a bad part. This set was perfect for a household with 2 ebikes ridden daily, by teenage boys, to school and work. We have never spent the morning combing the house for a key, after it was improperly discarded while shedding the previous day's accessories. And that is priceless... All of the locks work well and the attachments for connecting them to the bike are durable. They've taken a decent beating over the last few months from teenagers and they're still holding strong. Both locks were in use during an attempted theft, the thief was able to make off with an accessory that wasn't locked on but could not penetrate either lock and left the bike. Not really too much to say, except these locks do what they are supposed to do. They are a very good length to lock up our ebikes. They are easy to use. A deterrent is a deterrent, and these do just that. We use them in Jamaica and they gave us a real peace of mind.
