This has transformed my life entirely. I used to have shoulder pain because I always carried heavy tote bags. This bag is very spacious and has very useful compartmentalization. The only downside might be that the bottle water holder is kinda small, fitting only thin bottles. For reference, I got the slim Bubba bottles. Only bottles like that or thinner will fit. I really love this backpack! For the price, I feel like it is so worth it and the backpack is great quality and can hold quite a bit of weight. I was looking for a backpack as my personal item for my travels to Europe, but was worried about the size requirements because European airlines can be very picky about sizing. I like the product, but hope the backpack straightens out. It was delivered doubled over and wrapped in clear plastic. It would be better wrapped flat and not visible in the wrapping. It doesn’t want to flatten out so you can pack it more easily.
