Smelly brush

The packaging was unseal, crushed open .larger side of brush was uncovered. I also ordered some liquid foundation use the 2 at the same time w application and not sure which smelled. The foundation or the brush for 9.00 I was not going to return it. I cleaned the brush after I checked the foundation. Needless to say the smell had to come from the brush. It was just a stinky smell.
