I purchased (2)- of these bad boys and started out running them both at 1/2 ohm on a set of Rockville punisher dual 1 ohm 12’s. One amp per 12. The amps never went into protection and hit extremely hard. They got a little warm after an hour of constant high volume. I changed over to a 1 ohm load on both due to not wanting to thrash my subs or the amps, and am still very pleased. Hits amazing and sounds great. Next project is changing to bootstrap on an SDDN comp. Dual 1 ohm sundown audio 18” 3500 rms. I’m 100% confident they will make it bounce with no problems. Definitely worth it to me. No issues whatsoever ever. Other than having to retighten everything in my challenger that has rattled loose. I’m also feeding them with 3 zero gauge pos from the battery bank and a 50 farad cap. Works perfect and never dims the lights. ... show more

I jus finished plugging it in sounds amazing recommend have 0g wiring and a second battery pushing my 2 12s very well which are low budget subwoofers aswell legion audio and there holding up so far

Can’t go wrong with these VFL amps after all they are made by one of my personal favorite manufacturers today. I haven’t put one to the dyno but I’m also not competing I got one of these on 2 mojo 15s and sheesh ... amazing sound quality for sure

Properly wired with o gage and matched with 2 12 inch dual 4 ohm subs wired at 1 ohm..... This amp is a monster! Get some recone kits you will need them.

It’s definitely not a clean or true 2800rms. It barely runs two 18”s rated at 1000w rms before clipping light starts coming on at 14.4 volts
