Warning do not put this in the washer. I know online says that you can take the back and the seat off and run it through the washer but that is absolutely not true it ruins it. Up until I did that it was an amazing product for my fiance who is unfortunately in a wheelchair this is great if it's almost every doorway we've come across ... show more

Don’t buy VEVOR. Don’t buy VEVOR via Amazon. VEVOR’s Customer Service isn’t. It’s a wasteland VEVOR sends its hapless victims/customers who call expecting to deal with a normal business, one that wants satisfied customers and repeat business. VEVOR’s contact info never seems to get you to an human being. Conversations occur via chat alone. If you have purchased a VEVOR product, beware. If you have to contact VEVOR, Screenshot or otherwise document every interaction with VEVOR. My experience with VEVOR is the worst I’ve had with any vendor I’ve encountered. From ordering to delivery to quality of product, everything has run the gamut from disappointment to anger. The only good thing about this wheelchair is it is truly ultralight. There are many defects. Let me count the ways. There is a click noise from one of the many plastic components, I still cannot locate precisely which one. The chair pulls slightly to the right for no reason. I bought the chair in March and now, on July 3rd, the right front of the seat fabric has torn from the grommets, even though I am well within VEVOR’s stated weight limit for the chair. This chair is awesome. We didn't have to rearrange our furniture to be able to minueaver it through the house. Easily fits in a midsized bathroom where a regular wheelchair would have been impossible. This chair made taking care of my mom much easier. Worth every penny.

This item is great. Used it to take my wife everywhere. At home just to get around the house, to doctor appointments, to taking her to hospital for knee replacement. Used it for three months constantly until she passed away on June 8 from complications from knee surgery.
