Overall this was a good purchase for the price The thermostat seems to click more than it's supposed to but so far I haven't had any issues with it I've only used it several times and from what I can tell it's pretty good The pink color is very pretty also and shipping was pretty quick The Mats that lay on the bottom plate sometimes tend to slip when you pull the shirt off but I don't think this is issue with the actual product.

This thing is a FAIL on so many levels that I can't even begin to describe how bad it is. I bought the Tumbler press because I the one I have wasn[t getting to the edge of my cups as much as I wanted plus I wanted to do tumblers. What a mistake. Uneven heat is just one of the issues. The biggest problem is that when you are doping a 20 Ounce tumbler, the unit does not enough pressure. I wont close enough, so it forms a teardrop shape around the tumber and wont press it evenly. You probably already know that tumblers are hit and miss in the best of conditions, and this thing just makes it a miss. The timer didn't work . The temperature begins to go down as soon as you start applying the heat plate. It ruined everything it touched. I bought two kind of these people's machines for different purposes and I have a garbage full of wasted substrate to show for the effort. If you are just trying to press 15 OZ coffee mugs and you are not trying to get close to the handles, it night work most of the time. That's about it. Lesson learned - I've been in this business for a long time and I should've known better but I thought for the light duty minimal requirements that I wanted this would probably be OK but it's dismal . It's beyond dismal - buyer beware - don't say I didn't warn you.

At first I thought it was broken and needed a new one but then I realized when it's shipped the thermocouple is not plugged in - make sure you plug it in! After that it has worked great. It's adjustable so you can do different diameter cups, mugs, and tumblers. I like to press it, rotate it, and then press it again to make sure it gets really good heat all the way around. Doing it that way I haven't had any issues!
