This is a review for the X300 unit. The machine is a smash hit! But wait, I'm getting ahead of myself. First off, a refractometer is an absolute must! For $1000, it should include one. Without it, you either get too frozen and potentially hurt your machine, or you get really cold beverages that never freeze. That will come back into play later. The instructions tell you that the mixture needs to be between 13% and 15% sugar content, and they mean it! But if you are like me, you ask yourself, how the hell do you achieve that? Well, with the refractometer. If you are thinking about this or any freezee machine, get this. The machine arrived in a crate with 2.5 missing legs and no real instructions on how to carefully remove it from the crate. Not too much trouble, as I am kind of old school so I could figure it out. There was a little damage to the unit once unpacked. It freakin’ weighs 110lbs! so get a buddy to unpack it. We had a drip tray that looked like something fell on it and had a gash in the plastic enough to prevent it from going on the machine actually. I had to cut it down with a box knife. The right dispenser spout drips. I've rotated the rubber gasket inside hoping it was just a little kiddy-wompass but it didn't seem to help. Not sure what to do about that but... we catch it in a cup and then dump it back in the hopper after a while. The way we use it is a frozen drink in one hopper and a very cold drink in the other hopper. The frozen side got frozen very quickly. Much quicker than expected actually. Maybe 15 min or so. We figured all we had to do was make the sugar content higher than 15%, which was really easy, and it won’t freeze, but gets very cold. You can’t set one side to freeze and one side to just cold, which seems odd to us, but there is an easy work around with the high sugar content. The minimum fill line is a quite a bit of liquid to start right out the gate, but if you buy this unit, you are probably expecting quite a few people to help consume it. Cleaning it isn’t difficult. The pieces are just big so you need a big sink to make it easier. We really enjoy this drink machine and I can’t wait to try it out during tailgating season.

I setup the machine and after reading all materials I filled up one tank of the machine and it proceeded to push the tank off the back and spilled all the slushy mix all over my floors walls etc. I proceeded to clean up and go through one more time ensuring everything was connected correctly and it was so I filled one more time and same thing happened spilled all over again huge mess stained floors, damaged base trim. Etc not recommended unfortunately. We were pumped for this, and we got a huge let down and disappointment.

The machine works great had to play with the settings to get it to freeze. The machine will stop if you get it to low 2.2 or 2.3 works great for me. My complaint is you "can" buy auger gasket from Amazon in generic brand but no spout or bowl gasket. Vevor will send gaskets while under warranty but after that good luck. I have been on Google for days trying to find the other 2 gaskets. The machine I purchased first works great it's just leaking from the spout and back bowls. Amazon replaced my machine this week over this. When the replacement arrived it was dirty and missing the spouts and after cleaning and using my spouts the machine wouldn't work it shook very bad and kicked the breaker in my home. Buy with caution after the warranty your stuck with a machine you can't get parts for! Shame on Vevor for not selling parts for there machines.

El producto llegó dañado las tapas no quedan en los tanques donde se pone el líquido y lo peor ni siquiera prende la máquina los botones frontales no encienden así llego y hasta hoy estoy intentando regresarla pero el proveedor me sanea etiqueta que yo tengo que pagar el envío o de lo contrario que yo la mande arreglar cuando nunca se uso desde que llego en el empaque se informó que se conecto y no prende e enviado muchos mensajes
