I'm on the fence with this purchase. I bought it for our small cafe in Huntsville, AR. We are following all of the instructions, but aren't able to get the right consistency of the slushie yet. We've done two batches with brand-name commercial slushie syrup, but have yet to get it to slush properly. It either gets too thick or too melted. We have changed the settings repeatedly to get to the right consistency, but so far no luck getting it to the middle-range slush consistency. We are also having an issue with the "stay cold" setting; it is turning itself off instead of staying on the "stay cold" setting. So far, I'm not a fan of this unit as it seems to be very difficult to set up. Perhaps this particular unit isn't working the way it should, but from the outside, it looks fine, no damage or anything. I can't say I would recommend it at this point but we will keep trying.
