I've contacted the seller to see if there's a resolution. The "emergency" keys, the ones required to open the safe and set your combination, are made of plastic. Both arrived warped, one quite badly and neither one will fit in the lock. So right now, the safe is useless. The box itself, while a bit bigger than I pictured, is otherwise as expected - metal, thin sides, but will get the job done. If I can open it. And trust the emergency key to function!

The walls are thin and the safe is on the lighter weight. I could not bolt it to a concrete floor; hence, it seems less secured over a rug. Also, only three holes for screws on the bottom. There should be additional holes to make it less likely to be picked up. At the same time, setting it up was simple. The key and combination lock give a great flexibility.

The item I purchased is the item I received, but when I opened it, the item was disheveled (pieces of fabric sticking out of it) and had handprints all over the front of it. There was no plastic protective cover on the keypad as the instructions indicated. It is obvious that the item I received was not new and unused. I expected new.
