The item received was not as pictured, was damaged and was difficult to install. But we needed to get the awning on so we couldnโ€™t wait for a replacement. Does not seem very durable, will likely need replaced within a couple of years.

This fabric is high quality. Looks great and repels water better than the original. The fit is spot in too so it looks like it came with the awning frame. I would certainly purchase again. SH
