Solid retractable hose reel that was quick to get up and running
Size: 5/8 in x 100 ft
We purchased this retractable hose reel for our house and we are very happy with it. It came completely put together with the hose and reel already inside. We already had a mount on the side of our house, so we just had to attach it, and it was up and running in just a few minutes. What I like: • Came already assembled • Hose and reel were already together • Quick to attach to our existing mount • Up and running in just a few minutes • Solid construction • Feels durable • Seems like it will weather well • Hose extends easily • Retracts very well • Nice clean setup on the side of the house • Very convenient for regular outdoor watering • We liked it enough to order a second one for another faucet on a different side of our house Things to be aware of: • The hose retracts well, but I still guide it back in • It usually does not retract too fast, but I would not just let it fly back on its own • Guiding it helps keep it controlled and safer • Like any retractable hose, you want to be aware of where people, pets, or objects are when it is retracting • Make sure you have a solid place to mount it Overall: We really like this retractable hose reel. It was easy for us to get installed because it came assembled and we already had a mount ready. The hose pulls out easily, retracts well, and the whole unit feels solid and durable. We liked this style enough that we ordered a second one for another faucet on a different side of our house. I do recommend guiding the hose back in when retracting it so it stays controlled, but overall this has been a great addition to our property.

Great quality 2nd I buy to add to my yard
Size: 5/8 in x 100 ft
2nd one I buy have one front of home and now back of home my first one I bought 1 year ago no issues love the fact that the actual bracket is metal and the way it connects it’s on metal too have a rod that goes through to connect to the bracket. I bought some other brand at Costco they all fell apart since the bracket is on the water hosing it started to fall apart. Happy I bought this one . It’s great quality for the price the nozzle it comes with is not the best I don’t even use it but the hose reel is great!

Gardeners dream
Size: 1/2 in x 65 ft
I absolutely love this retractable hose! It’s easy to use, rolls up neatly, and saves so much space. The hose feels sturdy and makes watering the garden and doing chores around the house so much easier. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it!

No leaks at all.
Size: 5/8 in x 100 ft
The reel is compleat in box ready to use just add water. it has a long hose and is not too big and bulky. seems to be built well and holds good pressure just like a normal hose. the retract mechanism works well but it pulls hard when retracting. better than it being weak when winding up. also, not a single leak. and the coil is perfect every time with the guide that is built in. all mounting hardware is included. super easy to fix to many different surfaces.

It's just ok. I know I'll be replacing it inside 2 years.
Size: 1/2 in x 84 ft
So... I want to like it. I can tell from having air hose reels all my life that the reel in this thing is not going to last. It's very crunchy in operation and has a lot of slack in the catch. The hose is also very poor quality. It's the thinnest smallest hose I've ever seen. The water flow reduction when swapping over to this thing is crazy. I wasn't paying attention that this is a 5/8 (read really narrow) hose instead of a standard 3/4 hose which is what everyone is used to for a full size garden hose. It makes my fireman's nozzle about half as effective because the flow rate is just so restrictive. The fit and finish of the housing is pretty nice It's kind of medium grade plastic not the worst not the best. The unit isn't that heavy I don't even have it mounted to the house I have it mounted to one of those free standing mounts and it really doesn't make me nervous at all. The nozzle it comes with is just ok, standard all plastic cheap kind that you'll get like a year or two out of. Multi spray. Doesn't leak yet but will, I've had so many of these nozzles over the years if they are all plastic like this they will start leaking as the plastic gets weaker and spreads. I went from a traditional style hose reel to this. It's certainly a lot easier to use which is nice, but it's very limiting because it's a very light duty hose and very narrow. I dont know that the trade for ease of rolling it up is worth the sacrifice in durability and performance only time will tell. My last rubberized 3/4 hose and hose reel lasted 10 years before it started leaking. I seriously doubt I'll get anything like that kind of time out of this. We will see. If it breaks too quickly, I'll go back to the more traditional hose and just deal with cranking it up its really not that bad for something that's going to last instead of spending 100 bucks every two years on one of these.

Works great and is fun to use
Size: 5/8 in x 100 ft
Love this so far. It has made life in the yard so much easier. It looks great too. It also is kind of fun to use. There is something pleasing about that clicking sound when you pull out the hose or let it retract. The hose itself isnt high quality, but it probably needs to be a bit more soft and flexible to ensure that it retracts correctly every time. Hopefully it is durable because I am not sure that the hose is replaceable, at least not at the user level. Mounting was easy, I used a masonry bit and the included anchors to mount it on my brick house. It has a nice profile, but some people may not loke the color scheme with the bright orange, but that is easily rectified with a cover, which I highly recommend getting just to protect it fron the elements, primarily the sun. I got a good black one that fits almost perfect. Vevor does not make one at this time, so you have to look around on Amazon, most are around $20.
