Owned for a couple weeks and using it for sandblasting, filling tires, and general shop use. Installation was straightforward — mounts to a single stud and comes with all necessary hardware. The only tricky part was getting the sleeves to stay in place during setup, but nothing major. The retraction mechanism works exactly as it should: clicks to lock at different lengths and reels back in smoothly. Build quality is sturdy, I like the orange color, and the swivel works well. The hybrid hose itself is solid and flexible. One note: you'll need to buy your own fittings to connect to your compressor and hose end — not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing. Seems heavy duty. Little bit of a pain to hang by yourself. The fitting on the reel doesn't spin so thats the reason for the 4 stars cause no I had to use the whip that came with it then add it to the hose thats connected to my air tank that doesnt spin. These eliminate the sloppy look and danger of tripping over loose hoses. If you are a weakling (like me) be careful when pulling them to rewind - they can drag you. But for most folks, they are GREAT! I just rewind a foot or two at a time, to keep control of the hose
