I'm an aircraft structural technician, so I pretty much have an air hose attached to myself all day. I wish I knew about these hoses decades ago. They are fantastic. They do everything that one in my profession desires. I bought the 3/8", 35 ft hose. It is very lightweight, so when it's attached to an air tool there is not any pulling or imbalance on the tool, which creates fatigue throughout the day. It's well made. The strain reliefs are attached well. It doesn't have any memory at all, so when you roll it out in the morning, it truly does lay perfectly flat on the ground, just like a heavy rubber hose does. It drags over all obstacles. Frames, stringers, doorways, etc, without any resistance bc it has zero tendency to kink or create small loops. And when it's time to coil it up at the end of the day it easily, effortlessly coils into a small loop. Surprising quality and functionality, especially for the price. I couldn't be happier. I got sick of the other hard hoses and got this instead . Very happy with that decision. It barely ever kinks and it’s flexible . It does retain memory but it’s easily cleared .

I wanted a lighter weight 50' air hose for use in my garage - this is very much fits the bill. I'm not a professional and mainly use my compressor with air tools such as 3/8" ratchets, blowguns, and occasionally a 1/2" impact - the biggest benefit compared to regular 3/8" rubber air hose is that this is much lighter and very flexible (hence the name). It does have manageable "memory" and coiling up the hose after you are done has to be done in an over under fashion but it is certainly not like other PVC hoses where it retains the coil when unwound so yes, this hose will lay flat. I've seen some reviews saying that this item is not a real Flexilla with very feint markings - the one I received was clearly marked and marked almost needlessly so - if this is not a real one they've spent a lot of money copying it. I've only used this a few times since it's purchase - seems to be fine in terms of durability - I will update if that changes. I'd likely buy another for work done further away from my compressor and because I usually buy a "spare" when I've found something that works well and I like. ... show more

The Flexzilla 1/4 in. x 50 ft. Air Hose is a great upgrade for anyone needing a strong, flexible, and lightweight air hose for compressors, tools, or shop work. I’ve used it for air tools and inflating tires, and it performs flawlessly every time. The hybrid polymer construction makes it super flexible, even in cold weather, and it doesn’t kink or tangle like traditional rubber hoses. The 50-foot length provides plenty of reach, while the 1/4-inch MNPT fittings ensure a secure, leak-free connection. Despite being heavy-duty, it’s surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to move around the shop. The ZillaGreen color is also a nice touch—it stands out, making it easy to spot and avoid tripping over. As always, Flexzilla is the way to go. Light and flexible and, water or air, I've never had one bulge, blister, or split. The only criticism is that I really wish the fittings in the air would spin like they do in the water hoses. But then I suppose that's a potential leak.
