I treat my air hoses with complete disregard. I leave them out in the sun for days, jerk them around, drive over them....you'd think I'd learn my lesson after so many destroyed hoses, but no...this hose has taken an entire summer left outside in the grass and dirt under a punishing sun (which destroyed my Harbor Freight brand hose in 5 days)...It's been run over with cars, wheel barrows, work boots, and kids ride-on cars, and it's just as flexible and colorful as it was when I bought it. Not sure how Flexilla does it, but I'm impressed. By the way, get a longer hose than you think you need; this is a light hose compared with all the others I've owned, and it's really easy to roll up. My only regret is that I didn't get a longer one...it's a much more pleasant work site if the compressor is far away. ... show more

it is lighter than rubber. seems strong. easy to use. it does tend to twist up easily, but that is the sacrifice for the strong light material. the connectors are strong and well made. i would buy again and will likely do so soon for an extra length.

This hose works great and is pretty durable. That being said, the plastic cover at the end of the hose slides and will slide over the air fitting, requiring you to slide it back down or the chuck won’t fit into the fitting. Otherwise, a good hose.

I’ve tried different hoses of various manufacturers and these are really nice. Very similar to rubber hoses in flexibility but a bit lighter. I still like rubber hoses too but these give rubber a run for their money. Summer or winter these are maneuverable. PVC hoses are light but hard to work with in cold weather.
