I bought this condiment prep station for my food truck for easy access to veggies as needed. It definitely gets cold, however, even when set at the proper temperature it would get too cold to leave anything inside without freezing if it is not constantly being opened. If you intend on removing contents overnight and only storing food in it while operating then this could work for you otherwise they will be completely frozen the next morning. Another issue I ran into was there is no latch to keep the lid open. Having to manually open it every time slows you down and causes cross contamination. There are 4 slots for containers and you are provided with plastic ones as well with lids. Definitely has the issues but you get what you pay for. ... show more

Another high quality piece of equipment from this company. I use it 5 days a week with no issues. If I had one critique, it would be about the temperature control. It fluctuates between 35 and 46 degrees, wish it was more precise, but the products that I keep in it don’t freeze or go into the temperature danger zone, so I guess it’s not a big issue ... show more

    • Damaged before opening product.
When I opened the box there were multiple areas of scratches and a small dent. See.s as though it happened prior to packaging. The packaging covered the damage. Very disappointed since this is supposed to be brand new. Considering returning it.
