This quick change tool post works great. The set up documentation is not vey good. I had to make some modifications to make it work on my lathe. The bolt that holds it down needed to have a different size thread so I had to rethread the bolt.

I'm pretty sure it would work as expected, however I have a 7" swing Vevor lathe and this was too large for it. I did find the size I needed, which is a 250-000 sized QCTP, so I returned this one.

It's been great so far! Only 2 minor issues I've run into. There's no indexing pin or hole in the bottom of it to prevent rotation so make sure you'll need some kind of ridge to set it up against. Also, the boring bar insert is for a 5/8" bar while all of the other tooling inserts are for 1/2". Otherwise it's been rock solid.

This was too large for my 7” lathe so it was returned but appears to have been well made, Have since gotten larger lathe and plan on reordering Comes with 12mm stud not 10mm as was expected Believe thier sizes refer to chuck capacity not bed swing
