These work very well across rough terrain, which is why I bought them. I used them to move a boat lift across a grassy area, they worked well. They are sturdy and pretty easy to adjust.

It's Not Cheaply Build. It's made of steel. Easy to put together. I placed 1" marks on mine too have even sides. The tires do have tubes but not deal breaker. Worth the money.
