It's quite sturdy and frankly not at all so complicated to assemble, like I read in many reviews. I must say though that you must pay attention to a few details about the doors assembly. If you make mistakes, no problem, the wood is very forgiving. I love that the inclination of the top is towards the back, ideal if you need to mount it under some dripping structure (like me under the ac vent) and don't want the water to drip in front of the doors of the shed but behind it. I think it's ideal if you have a balcony and not really a garden, because I don't need any tall space free of shelving to store tall tools and broomsticks, but rather need as many shelves as possible and lots of space inside.

The set up process is questionable and some things do not line up perfectly but it looks great. It’s not the sturdiest / strongest structure but can’t beat the price! When building there are some places where the meeting parts don’t have pre drilled holes but the wood is so soft it works to just drill through. Overall really happy with how much neater my deck looks now that my tools are stored away.

Instructions are just sketdches I could not find any online videos. Quality is pretty good. however the door hardware is fairly weak and not galvinized. Some of the parts bags were missing their labels. I would not recommend tryng to build it alone. Build time was about 2.5 hours for two fairly handy people.

Yeah I definitely is good it's lightweight it's all solid wood Alpine it's got some sort of a treatment on it I went ahead and added polyurethane to it just to be on the safe side now mine's undercover so don't worry too much about weathering but without an extra code of polyurethane or some kind of a treatment I would think that it would definitely age out open into the weather

This VEVOR storage shed is constructed mostly from fir wood. Putting it together took a while because there were many pieces involved. The instructions were not the clearest set I have ever seen (honestly, most things aren't these days). I found that if I laid out every single piece beforehand, the assembly process became much simpler and faster. Overall, the cabinet is decently heavy, which is important for outdoor items. However, since it is tall, you need to be aware that it could tip over if enough force is applied to it. I noticed some small gaps between several pieces of wood after assembly was complete. Because of this, I know I will need to add some type of seal later to help weatherproof the contents fully. The metal frame adds needed rigidity to the whole unit. I positioned the completed unit right up against the wall of the house. That way, if we get a really heavy snow pack sitting on the roof, it won't be a structural issue.

Fairly nice outdoor cabinet but the materials are a bit awkward and the instructions equally as odd. It comes in a large box with all the necessary hardware and the instructions are fairly straightforward for the most part. However, there was several instances of awkward steps that necessitated backtracking since the illustration did not match the intended instructions. This was especially frustrating considering that there were no pilot holes ro guide you along the screws. Additionally, the wood tended to split near the edges, problematic since this is how they instruct you to do so, and the wood is especially soft in some areas and prone to stripping entirely. Once put together, it felt a lot less solid than I would have liked. It wobbles a fair amount and I would be concerned if I didn't prop it against another shed or fencing. The roof wicks away a lot of rain away, which I appreciate. The locks on the door are fairly finicky since they are cheap-feeling, and the central lock is essentially useless since the door opens in a way that makes the bolt slide out without issue. Overall, it works well enough since I need it for a more simple application, but I felt that it could have been nicer since wood has the implications that it is better than a metal shed. The shelving is spaced nice enough but I wish the wood was strong enough to handle screws without causing fracturing or stripping.

Use an electric drill but don't push down too hard. The wood is not weak like particle board, but it's not that strong either and you could loosen the holes too much. Also, lay out the parts and fasteners first to make sure you're not missing anything. Mine came with all the parts plus a few extra screws and nails so I was pleased with that. You'll need a ladder for the roof or some way to elevate yourself to fasten the top. My husband is 5'7", I'm shorter, and we needed to borrow a small ladder from his family. It took us all afternoon assembling it, maybe 3.5-4 hours? We took a break to get a quick bite in between. The finished shed feels sturdy, and won't easily topple over. It included anti-slip L-shaped pieces but we didn't install it since it's in front of our wooden fence (fingers crossed). Although, not sure if it'll withstand our moody midwest winter. Like I said, the wood doesn't feel that sturdy and I'm not sure of the weight limit of the roof either. It is sloped but not enough, and we get lots of snow so I'm curious if it'll handle days of heavy snow without warping. I'm still debating with my husband if we should leave it outside or move it into our garage, but we came to the consensus that once we get our first snow (a few months from now), we'll get our answer then. For now, in the summer and going into fall, I like it outside near my garden so I can store my gardening tools. Not big enough for a lawn mower or bikes, just the rakes, broom, shovel, and long lawn care tools like such. It hasn't rained yet but we used our hose to test the roof and nothing got wet or moist from it, so that's a good sign. The wood smells amazing. It looks very nice, but I want to stain it a darker color so it'll match more with our fence. That'll be a future summer project, maybe the kids can help with it as a family project. Overall, I'm pleased with this shed. Not sure about it being outdoors, maybe if you're in the south and don't get winters like us, but it is a very functional and useful shed so far! It's a fair price and worth it. I would order another one so I can have a pair, but only if it withstands our winter. Time will tell.
