  • Best pizza ovens for beginners or Gordon Ramsey!!!
Size: 12 Inch Multi Fuel Pizza Oven
I recently purchased the VEVOR Multi-Fuel Outdoor Pizza Oven, and it has completely transformed my pizza nights. This oven is a must-have for anyone who loves authentic, crispy, and perfectly cooked pizzas right at home. Performance: This oven consistently delivers outstanding results. The high heat it produces ensures the crust is perfectly crispy while keeping the toppings evenly cooked. Pizzas come out just like those from a professional pizzeria. Thanks to the auto-rotatable stone, I don’t have to worry about uneven cooking – every slice is spot on. Speed: One of the standout features is how quickly it cooks pizzas. Once preheated, I can cook a pizza in just a couple of minutes. This is perfect for hosting gatherings because I can make several pizzas in no time, keeping everyone happy and well-fed. Multi-Fuel Functionality: The flexibility of using either gas or wood as a fuel source is a game-changer. For quick weeknight dinners, I use gas, which heats the oven rapidly. On weekends or when entertaining guests, I switch to wood for that smoky, authentic flavor that elevates the pizza to the next level. Build Quality: The oven is sturdy and well-made, with materials that feel built to last. The portable design is a big bonus, as I can easily move it to different spots in my backyard or even take it on camping trips. The included carry cover and shovel are great additions, making it easy to use and transport. Ease of Use: The setup was straightforward, and using the oven is intuitive. The thermometer on the front is accurate and ensures that I’m cooking at the perfect temperature every time. Cleanup is simple, and the compact size makes storage hassle-free. Versatility: Although it’s marketed as a pizza oven, I’ve also used it to cook other dishes like flatbreads and roasted vegetables. It’s incredibly versatile, making it a valuable addition to my outdoor cooking setup. Overall: The VEVOR Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven is a fantastic investment for anyone who loves pizza. It combines speed, convenience, and quality to create a truly exceptional cooking experience. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pizza maker, this oven will exceed your expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor cooking game. ... show more

  • Comparable quality and cheaper than a higher priced Ooni Pizza Oven. Highly recommended.
Size: 12 Inch Multi Fuel Pizza Oven
Ok, had a few wood fired pizza slices in my hometown recently and loved the flavor so I started researching pizza ovens for at home use. Ooni ovens stood out of the pack and I looked at a number of YT videos watching the cooking process and procedure to making quality wood wired pizzas at home from various companies. I almost bought a Ooni Karu 12 multi-fuel oven because was it was the closest comparison to the Vevor 12" multi-fuel oven. However, the Vevor was a $100 less than the Ooni Karu and included the propane gas attachment which was extra on the Ooni. I started off using the Propane has attachment and it started with no issues. It heated the pizza stone to 850 F in less than 20 minutes. It cooks a pizza very quickly and the rotating handle works extremely well to turn the pizza and get an even browning of the crust. I turned the gas down and cooked the second and third pizzas to 650 and still produced great results. My picky 16 year old son loved the pizza and gave me a thumbs up. I used a store bought pizza dough and a homemade Neopolitan dough and the homemade dough cooked far better. Thinner crust and even cooking with no uncooked dough crust which was present on the store bought dough. I recommend getting a infrared thermometer for the any pizza oven to get the temperature of the pizza stone before cooking your pizza. Without question, the build quality of the Vevor Pizza Oven is excellent. It comes with a pizza peel and a cover if you decided to take the oven somewhere to have a pizza dinner. All parts were present, except the screwdriver which should of been omitted anyway IMO. Instructions were clearly laid out and I am very happy with my purchase. I may get a larger oven in the future but the 12" will work just fine to get started. I plan on using charcoal next time and may experiment with oak wood pellets but the pellets are more expensive and produce less ash than the charcoal. To sum up, multi-fuel capabilities, included pizza peel and cover, rotating pizza stone handle, included propane attachment and solid build quality for the $200 price point. I'm glad I saved a few Benjamins buying the Vevor over the Ooni Karu 12. ... show more

  • Cooks Pizza's very quickly!! But watch out - they can burn quickly as well!
Size: 12 Inch Multi Fuel Pizza Oven
Works great and cooks pizza's very quickly. Love the crust compared to cooking the pizza in a regular oven. You are supposed to cook the pizza with the front door closed to retain the oven temp but then you have to time everything as you really can't see the pizza cooking, but you can rotate the pizza to cook it evenly. Love that feature. Trying to turn a pizza manually with a peel would be way harder. But you have to get the temperature and timing down (takes a few attempts to adjust and get it right) but the pizza's turn out great! Love the crust cooking at the high temps. Plus I have the flexibility to use pellets if I want! Good oven for the money! ... show more

  • Look elsewhere
Size: 12 Inch Multi Fuel Pizza Oven
I wanted to save some money from a name brand oven and went with this option mainly due to the rotating pizza stone. That part does seem to work well but that’s where it ends.. first clue to the bad quality was during assembly, the screws that you have to remove in order to put the handle on were stuck and stripped. I was finally able to get them lose and had some spare screws, first time I went to pick it up by the handle and that whole assembly broke and the oven dropped. Luckily my foot wasn’t under it. Next, it takes forever to heat up, the highest I could get it was 600 with propane. Due to the way the flame comes over the top of the pizza it’s quick to burn so I tried to lower the setting however if you turn it too low it will turn off and just spit propane into the oven making it unsafe to immediately try and relight. Most grills have a stopping point on the low side, it shouldn’t go to off and is not supposed to as off is actually the opposite direction. Additionally, the door is very difficult to line up and recovery time between pizza is excessive. Id recommend spending a little more money and getting something higher quality. ... show more
