Only heat press with Vevor name on it that works out of the box. Their cap-hat auto press does not provide consistent heat. Set 325° to achieve 285° with uneven pressure results. Their 15x15 swing away was very poor quality and returned for credit. Make sure you purchase from Amazon for full buyer protection.

Just got the machine today. Printed my very first tshirt right out of the box (after assembling it of course). The digital settings are a plus and easy to figure out. I recommend this particular one. I was afraid to pull the trigger but I'm glad I did. Like I said the price is right and it's an awesome machine.

When 1st purchased, worked great except for the control buttons very hard to adjust temp & time. However, I was okay with that. Now 9 months later press will not heat up past 84 degrees. Went on website tried recommended suggestion to fix...nothing. Call support number doesn't work. Voice stated they were open, but I called during their business hours. Tried live chat. Sent me an email that sent me the transcript of my conversation with the Live chat and noted that our warranty only suits our official orders. Amazon says contact the seller.
