This item is possessed. A week after I bought it, it would not turn off. The kids were on their way home, so I panicked. I hit it with a hammer, and it still would not turn off. So, I hit it with the hammer until it broke. The item was not great, but not bad. Plus it was made of silicone, so I bought another. A week after I bought it, same thing. It just started running by itself. This tine, I thought I would short out the circuit with a little water. It kept working. It took two minutes before it stopped. I put it on the bedside stand until I could do something with it. 30 mins later it turned on again. Same thing, I could not get it to turn off. This time more water, nothing. So I filled the sink with water and submersed it. It worked for 5 minutes before it turned off. It was funny because it was sloshing the water on before it died. It’s been 48 hours and it has not come back on. I know this does not sound believable, but I lived the nightmare.
