I purchased this chair a few months ago for my boyfriend. There are SEVERAL pro and SEVERAL cons!!! I wanted him to use the chair for a little while before doing a review! These kind of chairs an expensive, especially on a fixed income. I want to be sure that you know exactly what you are getting. I never considered returning the chair but I will not buy this brand again. I am so thankful that I am able to put this chair in my car and be able to go places. His regular power chair weights over 400lbs so this chair has been a lifesaver. We can fly, or go anywhere in my car very easily. I’m going to get the negative stuff out of the way first. CONS 1. The headrest is USELESS! Purchase the chair without. 2. It will flip! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to stand behind the chair as he goes into a door with a lip or a 1/2 inch incline. 3. It did fold up nicely the first few times we used it. But now it will not close all the way. I’m still able to fold it and put it in my trunk but it’s bulky!! 4. It was perfect the first few time we used it. But now the back of the chair gives. ( as in it doesn’t stay at a 90 degree angle) We tried to see if we could tighten something or see if there was anything at all to fix the issue, we had no luck. I bought a pillow for the time being and we eventually bought a cushion to put behind him. 5. DO NOT put anything heavy on the back of the chair. For example my Boyfriend had a bookbag with his urinal, straws, a poncho and a few other essential items. Maybe 10 pounds is all I would do. Believe me when I tell you the chair will flip!!! Like the front will raise up off the ground and you will flip backwards! 6. The cushion on the seat isn’t the best. My boyfriend had an accident and I had to remove the cushion liner to wash it. Let’s just say that once I took the foam cushion out of the case it never went back on properly and the zipper broke. 7. The chair is heavy. I’m 33 so I can pick it up but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with back problems or elderly. It’s heavy!!! 8. The seatbelt is pretty much useless. 9. The chair isn’t adjustable. You are able to switch the control from side to side but that’s about it. 10. The chair doesn’t stop easily. Or turn sharp. 11. THE CHAIR TALKSSSSS. It’s so annoying!!! I’ve gotten use to it by now but it’s obnoxious!!!! Now for the Pros 1. I’m able to take him more places. 2. It fits in my car!!! 3. We can fly now. 4. It fits under the table so well! And you can put the chair is “ manual” mode and push it. So you are able to get under the table perfect! 5. Manual mode is great! Because when I get the chair out of my car or I’m putting it in my car I can put the chair is manual mode and push it back and forth. It’s very helpful when we are going in and out of doors and when he can’t get under the table just right! 6. The battery last a long time!!! 7. It’s easy to charge. 8. It’s easy to store in your house. It stands up good! 9. It fits in the truck well 10. You are able to lay the chair back. It mades it easier to dress him and or rest his back. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. But this is my review.

This is a great chair, I bought it in September of 2023, I am handicapped and 86 years old, I use it to go to church, Walmart etc. I do not drive so I must depend on my friend to carry me places, she is 80 years old. the chair folds easily at the touch of the handle and weighs about 63 lbs. my friend lifts it out of her SUV ( I try to help) by herself. I cannot walk any distance at one time so the chair is great. An add on cushion is great but has to be removed to fold. I will say you will not be disappointed. Lyle Irwin North Carolina
