I have probably put my bikes up a hundred times on this stand at this point. It's perfectly stable and I have no qualms about sitting on the bike while it's on the stand. My only complaint is that the attachments for the spools loosen up over time. Once the bike is on the stand this is not a problem, but it does mean you have to slide them back into alignment occasionally. Would buy again

Very poor quality construction. The knobs that secure the mounts do not stay tight, and one of the welded on nuts that the knobs screw into broke after only a few uses. Frame is also starting to be misaligned - and the bike I use it for is <500lbs. Would not recommend.
