Despite the reviews, I went ahead and order this machine. Had to hire someone to put it together because it really did not come with an instruction manual! The booklet shows you the parts of the machine. Further, the part from the petal to the machine is missing :( . Will have to get someone to fix something for it. I am new to sewing and did not want to spend a lot on a machine totally sorry that I got this one. Hopefully when I get it fix it works.

This company doesn't honor its commitments. I bought the extended warranty. It came to me defective, They did say they would credit me a discount for the inconvenience. Then when it wasn't working right, I would step on the foot pedal and I could hear the the motor rev up, but the needle didn't move. I called to ask about its warranty, and was told I could pay to have someone locally look at it, and it they would credit me another 40$ for the inconvenience. Well locally it would cost 165$ trip charge and then 100$ an hour. And they hadn't even credited me the initial inconvenience charge. I contacted Amazon and explained what was going on. And refused to pay anything until my account was credited. They (not Amazon) finally did, after a few months of haggling.. But I took it into a shop, which is not an easy task, and got it running again. They did offer to take it back, but I would have to pay shipping for this 166lb beast. Oh and my warranty won't kick n until the company warranty expires and "Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website" I never got a response! So I would not recommend this product from this company to my worst enemy.

The media could not be loaded. The product came with no instructions and some broken and missing parts. I am please with Amazon A to Z customer satisfaction…..they worked with the seller to give me what I asked for. I am a professional seamstress but it was still difficult to assemble the machine but I managed to assemble the machine and get it to work. The machine is sturdy and the stitch is good but it only makes a single stitch. I really appreciate how the seller worked with me to resolve every issue I had with the machine. I ended up keeping the machine because I replaced the broken and missing parts and got the machine to work. It sews really well.

I would really recommend the sewing machine, but don’t buy it from the people I bought it from, because it came with no instructions, pieces were broken, some bolts weren’t right and it cost too much to send it back, so I had my son to help me fix it. Email about instructions to put it together, I got an email about how to operate it not put it together. I watch a lot of YouTube videos in order to figure out how to put it together along with table.

I bought this machine and it came with a broken bobbin winder. The company was so good to work with me. They sent me a whole new machine. Really, I would have got the part for $20 from Sewing Parts. YouTube had excellent instructions on putting it together. It is worth it's weight in gold! Works really great on sewing patches on leather jackets, heavy jeans, and it was the only machine that would sew through a fabric that would gunk up my needles and causing skipping on all my other sewing machines. I am very happy with it. If you have problems with it going at first, just turn the wheel and after a while, it will work well.

Las piezas vienen por distintos carrier...El empaque no es el mejor para el motor, llego la primera vez con pieza rota....pero reemplazaron sin problenas. El carrier tira el paquete al suelo y al no tener proteccion puede romperse. No es facil de ensamblar. Es buena maquina y tiene buen costo y calidad. Maquina profesional...no es para principiantes!!
