Excellent machine , especially for the money. It arrived early set up and Sewing on the same day that it was supposed to arrive. We had no problem with instructions , no damage . I read all the reviews and hesitated buying this for over a month because of some comments . I am glad to say they have corrected the problems . I would highly recommend this machine for anybody that wants an industrial machine for sewing and bag making. Thank you @SewYup’ik for recommending this machine .

After agonizing over the setup of the table, I was confronted by the heavy weight of the machine but it looked great until I turned it in for the first time. I received an error that the hand wheel was locked. I tried videos, and contacting the company none of which solved the problem. So after a week of emails to the company, I asked Amazon for a refund. Do not cut up or move the shipping boxes to the trash as you likely will need them.

It is a good looking machine but the wheel on the end is damaged during shipping and we are trying to get that resolved. Once we see how that goes I will update my rating.

Received the machine earlier than expected which was cool. As others have stated, the instructions are all but useless. The table assembly is pretty intuitive though, and quite sturdy. The machine itself is HEAVY, so if you have someone to help you put it into the table I would recommend it. It took me several hours to put the whole thing together with some help from YouTube. I FINALLY got to the part where I was ready for the machine. I pulled it out of the box and it cut my hand! When I looked to find out what was sharp, the wheel was completely sheered off! Rendering the machine useless. It also has some other error code saying to check the power connection. I reached out to customer service and they say they are going to “investigate the shipper”. Thank god i didnt throw away the box. I had to send photos of the damaged shipping box. I am waiting for them to respond back to me. If they send me a new (undamaged) machine, or the very least the parts to fix it, i will update this review. It is not the most expensive machine, and I realize you usually get what you pay for in life…but it certainly wasnt cheap (at least the price wasn’t). Im hoping that this company will prove all of the other terrible reviews wrong and remedy this situation asap

For the price of this machine it is 10000% worth it. BUT be warned…the instructions to this are horrible. I suggest watching YouTube videos on the assembly but note that there are different variations of this machine so building it is basically trial and error. It shipped in two separate boxes, sewing machine in one and table in the other. I was missing two nuts that were needed for attaching the foot pedal. Thankfully I had a few laying around in my tool box and was able to make it work. Shipping was fast and the machine stitches beautifully. The oil did leak a little in the box but did not cause any damage. It weights a ton and is very sturdy and does not take up too much room with its smaller size. Overall if you can figure out the instructions and have some spare nuts/bolts and screws around (just in case you are messing a few like me) this industrial sewing machine is worth it!
