It's heavy duty, it holds a heavy duty hundred foot hose. Everything checks out with one exception in the design. The handle is just too short. The good news is that makes it compact to stow away but it's just not nice to roll around because you have to hunch over to get the handle low enough for it to tilt and roll and you have to maintain that uncomfortable hunched over position for the duration of the rolling. If the handle were about 6 inches longer, it would be perfect and if the handle were foldable (maybe with a pin lock), even better. VEVOR, are you listening?

Item went together with no issues, all the parts were included, the construction and materials were really solid. Wish the instructions were better illustrated and better written, can see how some folks might have trouble putting this together. Wish the round pieces that hold the hose in place were larger. Wish it had some rubber feet on the bottom of the steel tubing. Very happy with the design, materials, construction, even the packaging was well done and very compact. I will cut a couple of pieces of old hose to wrap the tubing where it touches the ground to keep the tubing from getting scratched up. It's fairly narrow so don't pull it sideways. Nice wheels too. Very happy

Easy to assemble and seemed sturdy. Worked great at first, but the hose mount rusted through within 8 months and sprayed water everywhere. Vendor replaced it with another of the same model. I’m not holding out much hope it will last longer than the first one. I did keep the first one stored outside over the summer.

Like others have noted there is an issue with the hose connection on the drum not having enough room to connect the hose too as it is smack up against the spoke on the drum. This took me several hours to put together, so I'll have to find a solution to fix the connection issue because I'm not spending several more hours to dismantle it and then try and get the heavy box into the car to return-not happening! It seems like a strong hose reel and pretty sturdy. No tools are included only the screws and no real directions but if you've ever put anything together at all you can figure it out, just make sure you the right tools, which was part of my problem why it took so long to put together. This seller should stop selling this item if they won't fix the problem with the hose connection on the reel! Would not buy from them again! Finally had a chance to use this hose reel and not only is the hose connection an issue which my landscaper was able to bend the metal just enough to connect the hose, but when water was turned on the connection to the hose it comes with is spraying water everywhere even with the rubber ring in. removing the ring it's worse and putting the tape around the connection with the rubber ring in the doesn't screw down all the way and the water leak is worse. So very disappointed but i'll keep trying to find a solution as sending it back at this point isn't an option.

After reading the reviews, I thought this was going to be flimsy, but it's strong. it's easy to maneuver, stable, the silver color is great, it's light, and is so much more stable and functional that carrying around a huge hose. I used this for 200FT of 3/4 inch hose, so alot of heavy duty hose. it went on there easy and took the weight like a champ. was still stable and not wobbly, and fit on the reel easily.

VEVOR has been a good brand for me in the past but this thing arrived with poor welds and rust spakle all over it. There are rusty little pebbles inside all the hollow tubing... what ever.. but then while assembling it i noticed a screw didnt have the phillips design cut out. You can tell it was supposed to but there is still metal where there shouldnt be and so i cant use this bolt... not a big deal if they included spare hardware but there is no spare hardware. I even tried removing the metal from inside the screw with a razorblade but this bolt is useless unless i break out the dremel and cut the phillips X myself... Way lower quality than expected from vevor, even at the decent price.
