It was a waste of money I had to spend more money on it because I had to have the carrier reinforced because it did not hold my wifes wheelchair it broke so yes I’m totally dissatisfied that I had to spend more money on it

I didn't receive all of the parts for the mobility scooter platform 😕. It is an Angle iron shaped like an L shape with two bolts and one release pin.

The rack came in a timely manner and in good shape, it is very difficult to get my scooter on with out the ramp. I was very excited to be able to leave the house by myself, WHAT A LET DOWN. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE RAMP. I'm very sorry but I did find the ramp.

I like the ramp for easy putting on my buggy. Sits low on my SUV and hits bottom alot of the time. Bends easily. Ok for the price I guess.
