I bought this product on December 2022 but only got the time to install on March 2023. The stand is flimsy. The cross pipe on the floor is too short and can’t be assembled, so the stand isn’t that steady (understatement). Also the speed bag max bight is too low for someone my height (6’). Waste of money, pay a bit more and get something you can actually use ... show more

The stand was relatively easy to assemble. It took me a leisurely 2 hours to put it together. My one complaint is that the print with the directions is minuscule and very difficult to read. The struts are also a little difficult to attach. All in all, a pretty good piece of equipment for the money

The instructions were poorly printed. The packaging leaves me wondering how "new" this product was before I received it. All the pieces were in a very thin flimsy bubble wrapping. The instructions appear to show about 5 different lengths of bolts, yet there were only 3 various type I noted. Luckily there were enough to assemble the stand. Never bothered with the speed bag platform. It works to hold my 70lb Everlast, but it was not an easy task to assemble. The parts are not formed exactly the way they should be by using the washers and nuts displayed in the instructions. My guess is, someone else purchased this stand first, got furious when they tried to make sense of the instructions and couldn't get the damn thing together. They managed to gouge one of the support arms in their fevered attempt to complete assembling their stand. Probably some guy ready to explode once again and hoping they'd have a punching bag to take it out on instead of their walls or something else inanimate. Poor dude. I got it up. It's holding together but I might just take it all down and send it back soon. What a disaster. I'd give it zero stars for the instructions because that's the whole reason this thing looks like it went through a warzone to get here. Maybe Amazon can get me a replacement arm and a new speed bag platform, So I know this willl at least look new and it won't collapse eventually after I punch my bag a few hundred more times? Otherwise, they can have the whole thing back. I'll just hang the bag from the rafters or something. Idk I couldn't use all the washers. The nuts threading wouldn't get started when I tried. Maybe it really is missing a couple screws and I just willed it together with my need to punch someone in the face? ... show more

I was either given the wrong center pole or a bracket is missing. There is no way for me to connect the cross-brace (they call it 'supporting tube' in their instructions. I have emailed [email protected] to see if they can rectify. I shall wait a week for a response, and perhaps improve the review here, but as of now, I am quite upset. UPDATE: I was using the bracket to connect the bottom two poles. My bad. I have all the parts required to complete the installation. However, I got a good taste of customer support if anyone has an issue with the packaging coming out of an Amazon order. Amazon gave an email for issues with the order. The email is the customer support department of Vevor. Here is their response: " Greetings from Customer Service Team Regarding your inquiry, we do not deal with products that are not ordered from the Vevor website, because we cannot track the product without the exclusive order number on the official website. We have forward this order to related department, please wait for the relevent service team to contact you. Thank you for your understanding. " This does not look good if one orders these things from Amazon and things are incomplete. I will up the score one star (since it was a complete package and the product serves its purpose); however, if there is an issue, it seems like a painful process. It should not be. ... show more
