I bought the 360 degree swivel mount for a 100lb bag (bag weighs exactly 102lbs). All of the hardware feels sturdy except the carabiners. The pin the carabiner hinges on keeps popping out, and the carabiner has stretched once so I couldn't lock it shut. I had to put it in a vice to compress it back to shape. I'll likely just replace the carabiners with something more robust. The bearings in the swivel and all of the other parts feel sturdy. I put pieces of foam inside of the spring and wrapped it with duct tape to help quiet the noise.
