So far, the press work very well. It has been used for sublimation transfers to fabric, wood, and steel tumbler and worked well on all of them. The only issue is the lack of instructions. From assembly, to use, to accessories there is practically no instructions provided whatsoever. Perhaps Vevor expects owners to be experts before purchasing. So the frustrations, though momentary, cost one star. A lot of the instructions and tips are available on YouTube, but you should t have to go looking for them. Otherwise, a seemingly great piece of equipment.

I got this and Was super excited. I used it with the recommended heat settings and destroyed 8 shirts. I changed settings, went in temp, went down in temp, changed settings, changed time, nothing worked. The whole design would not be covered and it wasn’t even a large design. I rotated the shirt, I just tried everything and it would not work. I had to send this back. I didn’t not want to risk continuing to try new things and run out of time to return the item. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund to purchase a different model.

The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of operating instructions. It doesn’t explain how to change and use all the accessories. So far, just using the flat surface because of this.

I purchased the 12x15 and wished I had ordered the 15x15. It was too small for heat pressing large windbreakers. With that being said, I didn't find it to be a deal breaker. The press has evenly dispersed heat and presses perfectly. I am unfortunately returning it because after a few uses, the entire top portion fell apart in my mother’s hands. Luckily she was holding the handles when this happened or she could have burned herself.
