I'll likely make this more confusing than it really is, so hopefully the photos will clarify what I mean when my explanations go sideways: My Dad has a Lincoln 180HD. He didn't want to spend much on the cart. (1) The push/pull handle of the cart had to be shifted to downward angled because the cross bars that go from the inside of the handle to the inside of the cart made the cart too narrow in the front (the welder would have sat on top of the cross bar-bolted-into-the-inside-of-the-cart). (2) The three sets of bolts/washers/locking washers/nuts in the front of the top tray had to be reversed as they impeded the welder from sitting flat in the top tray shelf. With those modifications, at the ≈$60 price point, the cart works. The cart is easy to use: It rolls well and turns easily. The cart is heavy enough, sturdy enough, that it will support the weight of the welder. Five Stars if the cart was at least 1 inch wider, top to bottom.

Overall not a bad product. Well packed, mine arrived without damage. Pictorial instructions. If you purchase, I strongly suggest you completely assemble finger-tight then snug up. If you follow assembly instructions and tighten as you go, you will be drilling (as another reviewer had to), or loosening to shift pieces then re-tightening as I did. After shifting and re-tightening; fitment good, unit solid. My door would not close in its opening. The hinges are plastic so don’t force. Easily fixed by grinding a small angle on the top and bottom on the hinge side then bending in the metal with lineman’s pliers (see attached picture). The bottom door key cannot be removed while door is unlocked. I greased the swivel casters, as others noted they don’t work well. This is a small cart. Measure your unit well. There is a one inch high lip on the back top shelf that may interfere with gas or power inlets. The bilateral side hooks are solid and useful. You could store TIG rods in round areas of gas bottle chain cutouts in back. Probably best used by “one bottle welders”; TIG-Ar with flux core; MIG-ArCO2 with stick, etc. Since it is hard to compare online, I included a picture so you could compare the VEVOR with a two-bottle HF cart (very nice cart), and basic tool cart (plasma cutter) that have far more storage. You might consider a rolling tool cart if you chain your gas bottle to wall and don’t need much mobility. The portable welder on the VEVOR cart in this picture is lunch box size and is my mobility when rarely needed.

This is a small sturdy light duty cart which is what I was looking for. My MIG 130 fits on top and my Plasma cutter fits on the bottom shelf. Cables etc fit in the middle. Takes up a very small footprint. If that's what you're looking for this is the cart for you.

When I opened the box & started taking the pieces out I was impressed with the finish & weight. Putting it together was a different story……. 1. A lot of pieces didn’t align up. I had to force/slightly bend parts for the holes to align for the bolts. 2. There is a lot of bolts!!!!! You have to take the nut, flat washer & locking washer off EVERY bolt. Only positive with that you don’t loose any when you dump them out opening the package. 3. The part the welder sits on is tilted sideways slightly since the bolt holes didn’t align up. Will it be a problem no. Does it bother me yes lol. 4. The front caster wheels have a lot of slop in them which is noticeable when moving the cart around. 5. The drawers take a good amount of force to open and close. Nothing smooth about them even though they are on a track. I would NOT buy again. Just spend more money on a better cart or just make your own. I would return it if I didn’t have to take it a part.
