I received my press yesterday and couldn’t wait to open it. After I opened it and removed the press machine, I didn’t see the instructions. I didn’t panic so I removed the bottom foam and there were the tools and instructions. Easy to miss, because some people wouldn’t think to remove the bottom foam. Tested my press and it definitely heats up with no problem. I set the temperature and it passed the test. I’m liking my new press so far. One more test and that’s pressing my T-shirts then I will post photos. When ordering your press machine make sure that you add insurance, because the manufacturer only give you a 30 day manufacture warranty. So protect yourself and get that insurance. I’ve seen reviews from people saying that their press machine stop working after 30 days, 5 months. But if you get that warranty when purchasing your item. Asurion is a good insurance company that they offer. Cover spills, accidental drop, malfunctioning, parts etc. Do your homework before you give a bad review. Hope I’ve helped someone.

update: so after reaching out to vevor as many people have said they do not stand behind the product. They tell you to return to amazon or offer nothing. No replacement parts, no offer to return ship it as the warranty claims. infact the entire warranty that's in the booklet in the box no longer or possibly never existed on their website. So the whole claim of goto "vevor/warranty" is not real. Support is a joke. I would not recommend buying anything from Vevor. Also appears the "new heating element design" is also false. original: The heat press was shorting out when I got it. I was unsure what it was. Within 5 minutes of trying to use it, it caught "fire" and started to smoke and short out. Now it cant do much. I have had several heat presses and brands over the years. none that were defective that fast. I have always had good luck with heat presses until now. This was my first "lemon". really disappointed. Seems my experience was same as others. internals look like they may have been built and ran underrated. 10A components on 15A needs.

I took a chance and bought this from Amazon Warehouse and am very happy that I did. I have not used it long but it seems to work great. I have never used a heat press before. I've made about 50 t-shirts and 20 tote bags so far. I've not had any issues and it's been very simple/easy to use. I do understand the reason for the "pull-out" surface now, which this one does not have. It's a little fiddly trying to get the t-shirts situated on the base with the hot part of the press in the way. I solved that by pressing my shirts upside down with the collar towards the front of the machine, just remember to put your design going the right way on the shirt. Great buy!

The distribution of heat and pressure are perfect, but it is a bit unstable when it is time to open it, you have to make a lot of force, uncomfortable to use due to instability of the bottom plate that brings a spring

This heat press is sturdy, a good size, and doesn't take long to heat up. the size of the platen is good however the protective cushion doesn't cover the enter surface, which takes away some of the space that could be used. For that reason I had to purchase heat protective cushions so my items would have a crease in that area. The other con is that it is not pull out. But, nevertheless I like it, I purchased the warranty with this. The handle is well cushioned and the temperature light is nice and bright. The ready beeps is not loud at all so I usually have to be close to it to hear it. Again, I still like it. If they fixed those things the thing would be super great.

I have had this machine for one year. It has been shutting off occasionally until today. Now it turns on and immediately shuts off. I was in the middle of a big shirt order. I have no idea what I’m going to do! This is my 3rd heat press, all have been different name brands and all 3 have had the same issues after a year. Such a disappointment! Maybe I should find a new side hustle that isn’t so expensive.
