Didn’t come with instructions but did come with a bag of screws and nuts. Where do they go? No clue. Control panel is very flimsy plastic that loosely sits on the holder. Every time I push a button I’m afraid it’s gonna break. The pressure adjustment knob is very hard to turn and feels like it’s gonna bend or break while adjusting. The hat attachment doesn’t heat evenly leaving spots that need to be re-pressed. The attachment doesn’t mate the two halves together when pressing leaving a 1” gap on the bottom to press again. Bottom line is that it will get the job done but there’s far better presses out there for the money.

I think the product is probably just fine. But I received it, plugged it in, and it would not heat up. Something must’ve been wrong with it. I did not have time to deal with it. I had already ordered another product and it was here before this one shipped back out. I didn’t wanna take a chance on getting another one that didn’t work because I had a timeline.

The heat press came fully assembled and works great. Easy to use and accurate. The hat attachment is worthless. First off, it’s a pain to switch out press for hat press. The bottom off the hat press slides and doesn’t stay in place. It’s near impossible to adjust hat flat to press and you’ll end up bending up the hat and have creases pressed into it. Also, because it’s a swing arm, you have to lighten the pressure to fit over curve of hat and increase to desired pressure once it’s hovered over the hat. Way too much work for a mediocre press on the hat. Overall, love the large press but will be purchasing a separate press specifically for hats.

The press arrived mostly assembled. The screws for the handles that go on top of the heating element are to small to grab, so I didn't use them. The press heated evenly and the pressure was good. Four months into using it the bottom plate warped and the protective cover that is on top of the heating element started tearing. The company sent out replacements. I'm now at the 10 month mark and the knob to adjust the height of the heating plate is stripped so it no longer raises. It has now completely died and won't turn on. I used it about 3 times a week since I purchased it. I got a good 10 months out of it. If you're looking for something you won't be using often then this would be great. If you need something to run a small business this will not work long term.

The press is easy to use the temperature and time settings is easy to use, the hat hook up is difficult to set up just buy a separate hat machine time consuming trying to hook up and unscrew to make that work properly

First, I ordered my first Heat Press Sept. 1st and it was to be delivered on Sept 6th. I was extremely excited because I had numerous tshirt orders due by Sept 8th for Homecoming. Perfect timing! Well on 2 separate occasions I was stalled on delivery and press didn't come till Sept 22nd. LOST MONEY! Forward to other orders, the heat press did not hold correct temperature. Didn't get hot enough in one instance or over heating in others! I did not have the time or patience to try and figure this press out, I am missing out on more sales. So I send the press back for a refund, in the description it states FREE RETURN. However, I did not receive my FULL REFUND. The press total tax and all $163.05 and I was only refunded $132.57! Why wasn't I given full refund if it is stated in description Free Return? I have tried to contact someone to discuss this issue and I can't seem to get through! This entire ordeal has been completely draining and upsetting!

After using this press for fun projects over 1.5 years it has officially fallen apart. The handles both fell off after 6 months. Now I can no longer adjust the pressure and the top just falls onto the bottom of the press. You cannot use it as you cannot put anything in between the plates any longer.
