This heat press has been a great addition to my business. However, it is only 8 months old and is beginning to have major issues. It will not turn on or stay at the heated temperature. It also turns on and off on its own as well.

Okay once received July 20th we was out of town, once we arrived back home all parts where present etc after unboxing. Now it’s time to set up, my husband IMMEDIATELY noticed that the press was not aligned correctly. Okay we had at least 2 shirt orders to do, one of them was a white T-shirt (photo posted). This press is horribly made. There is not enough force, it is not aligned correctly, it leaves a stain the exact size of the press. We started the return on the 28th we have yet to here back from them. If you are wanting to buy this save your money and DON’T! I’ve had this press for about a year and half now and decided to review after adding a new one to my cart (a clamshell this time). It did the job but like others have said- Time sensor doesn’t even reach the screw to turn it off, I needed to jimmy rig balance magnets on it to reach The arm is bent because of design flaws Uneven pressing, resulting in half your vinyl transferring and other parts not on at all. The arm doesn’t press down evenly, very obviously so. So it doesn’t heat evenly. It was better than an iron but I wish I hadn’t been enticed by all the attachments (that I have never used). I’d get a clamshell instead unless you’re buying exclusively for mugs or attachments. ... show more
