Yet another VEVOR product that has served me well. I am used to buying name-brand tools(ex-mechanic here), but a few times have used this company due to the great prices. This hat-press did not disappoint. It was a little hotter than anticipated the first 2 power-ons. But the manual says this is normal and will not continue to happen. They were right. After second use it was basically spot-on. It works extremely well and i like the auto-clamp/de-clamp feature. Although it could engage a second or two sooner. I just moved my timer down 2 seconds to compensate. It presses really well and has been consistent for me. I have zero complaints about it really. The press heats up in less than 3 minutes at 270-300 degrees F. Lets hope it lasts a long time, but for the price you cannot beat it. It is also seemingly well built, almost no plastic, with a rugged paint job. I own a couple Vevor products and have not been disappointed yet. They MAKE everything too. Definitely a brand to highly consider ... show more

Worked ok for a little while. Could be a little inconsistent on the edges. Have to be careful with the position of your mug when you close as the bolts to tighten can put pressure on your mug handle and crack it off. Just under a year the inside of the unit formed a pocket of air which made a loud popping noise. Tried contacting customer service but now that it is past a year they will not help me. Also the unit reads different temps on each side with a 40 degree differential. Wont be purchasing an item from this company again ... show more

I love how quick it was to set up the timer with the temperature Works fantastic once you put the handle down the timer already starts and once the timer is up it will let you know when your shirt is ready the best investment yet it's a very safe to use and the pressure is fantastic

I'm giving it a 3 because I was very disappointed.... the machine itself seems to be good so far... the only problem I've had thus far is the dial... when you want to change settings its so difficult, to change the temperature and then struggling to change the time when you look it feels like the dial is going to come off .... had i known I'd never buy it... because it seems like it's not going to last me long and it was an investment. ... show more
