The set up was very simple, follow the directions. The heating adjuster is versatile, we have had great success using it in all different types of fabrics (i.e. cotton, mesh, nylon, canvas) and the machine simply needs a few minutes to reset itself in between fabrics. Otherwise it maintains its heat very well. Decent quality for the listed amount, certainly can’t do it all but if you need something for small batch shirts or sweater’s this is a great product.

Bought product as a gift to help someone elevate their small business. Unfortunately, the equipment stopped working...will not heat up. Amazon offered a 30-day return, and said that I would need to company, VEVOR to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, VEVOR said that I literally need to fix the problem myself, dealing with what maybe a circuit problem. They included the Vaguest instructions and assumed that I had a working knowledge of "how to fix electrical devices and circuits." Also, this could be a good recipe for more damage caused by an unexperienced technician. One final warning, this equipment is less than 3 months old, and it stopped working. If VEVOR is going to sell shotty equipment, then they should include in the fine print some warning about their warranty and repair process. At this point, I will report the company to the BBB, attorney general and social media sites to warn others of their practices. I'm especially disappointed in Amazon for standing by their customers in matters such as this and allowing a company to pass on JUNK! WARNING: There are other companies that sell larger t-shirt machines with better rated products and reputations!!!

For the price I'm going to be fair, compared to more sophisticated higher priced heat transfer machines, I'm probably getting what I paid for, but in all honesty it's very hard to work with, there's no way to determine the measurement for the press itself, or a way to determine accuracy for the heat on the press itself. I have a heat monitor and the number on the digital screen that I set the heat to never matches what the gun says it's showing for heat. I've done a few heat transfers and the temperature seems to fluctuate from one day to the next on the same temperature setting so one day the exact same shirt with the exact same material transfers fine, then the next day I'm getting either too hot or too cold and the transfer is either not getting hot enough to lay down, or it gets so hot it's overheating the transfer and causing it to become too hot to lay down. It seems like getting into really high temps is useless I can't press a sublimation transfer at all as they require such high temperature and the machine overshoots that temperature so far that it has actually burned my shirts and I haven't had time to mentally map out the amount I need to bring the temperature down to make it work. It's kind of frustrating cause I was using this as a spring board to start my own business but I can't trust that my customer's products will be high quality when I can't keep the transfers the same day to day.

This press did not come with instructions on how to assemble it. I’m very handy so I was able to figure it out. It didn’t give instructions on how to set temp or timer, I had to go to YouTube to learn that. It’s unbalanced to where you can’t spin the top fully around or it will tip over. It takes 8-10 minutes to heat which isn’t an issue for me personally. It takes multiple presses even at the highest pressure to press some shirts. I’m not sure if I love it.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this 12x10 heat press it small but it's good for small projects. It's easy to assemble it heavy to be small I test the heat the temperature gets really hot it's has good quality it's all stell , it don't smoke at all I'm excited to used it so far no issues but will come back with an update
