Works, does its job, heats the water. Won’t heat anything if water isn’t flowing (as a safety feature). An excellent little water heater. I did have to use a small external water pump to pump water in but it all works great!

Bought sep 7 installed sept 26th to find out it’s not working properly. Have tried to return or receive a refund but this vendor or application is making it nearly impossible. Do not buy I do not recommend. Invest in a higher quality one. So frustrating paid twice for pro installation. Lawsuit coming your way. ... show more

The unit was extremely easy to install and came on and immediately 40 seconds later that was hot water to the temperature that I chose I actually bought a second one for somebody that I know and I'm thinking about putting one in my own house this unit is fabulous
